yeah i know but after seeing something like that it just kinda sticks with you. i have always wondered what it was and be it either weather modification or radio waves (what ever they said it could be earlier in the thread) it is something to make you scratch your head and wounder

I keep reading about HAARP did this, HAARP did that. I think the facts are we don't really know what HAARP's capabilities are, we know what they want us to know. No one can really sit here and say with absolute certainty what HAARP does or doesn't do. We've known how to manipulate the weather for decades and there's really no reason for them to discontinue such a project especially after it has been proven successful.

Maybe I've just become too jaded and cynical, but I don't believe anything I'm spoonfed anymore when it comes to topics like these. The general public can't possibly know HAARP's entire capabilities. Maybe it can manipulate weather, maybe it can't, but I get the feeling there is definitely some top secret information about HAARP that none of us could possibly know. When are we ever told the whole truth anymore about anything? I don't think we have all the facts in relation to this, but it wouldn't surprise me if HAARP could do such things. It cannot, however, be proven that it can at this point although it is entirely possible, IMO.

Like most things, the public only knows what we're allowed to know. I don't believe much of anything that we're told anymore. The fact is they could tell us anything they wanted about what HAARP does and enough people would believe it without hesitation or question. We live in a world full of lies and gullible people to believe them. Not saying this is the case with HAARP, but why would they tell us if it could manipulate weather with ease? What's in it for them? Absolutely nothing. The public is on a need to know basis.

What is well known and accepted with HAARP is its capabilities for over the horizon communications and radar. It achieves this by using a very high frequency signal to quickly heat and cool a region of the atmosphere about 90 km up and 10 km diameter to produce low frequency signals that can curve around the earth through the magnetosphere or repeatably bounce between the ground and ionosphere depending on the spectrum. Basically it can turn the lower region of the ionosphere into a big antenna.

There is some public speculation that other effects like weather and tectonic manipulation is also possible. If such capability does exist then it expected such technology would be classified due to its military advantage. If complete weather control was achievable then I expect a meter to be plugged in and we would all be charged like with water, electricity and other basic taxes. It would also take a lot of energy and understanding to achieve such capability.

But as we continue the technological progression, little steps will continue to be made in understanding, control and dominance of our environment while we continue as a species. Without being on the inside of any such programs, it is too hard to tell where things are at. Maybe small deflections of a couple of degrees can be made to storm fronts, maybe their growth and power can be enhanced or reduced. As more is being measured and understood about our environment, the important features and specific signatures will become clearer. In the mean time the political factors can help when looking for the flags.

This is not a viable possibility. The technology for weather control shall not be possible for 24 and a half years. The images you show are not proof. Our organisation is monitoring everything and knows about this. The weather is not being controlled so do not be paranoid.

And what makes you think that 24 and a half years later, there will be technology for weather control?

Sorry to disappoint you, but i am not on ATS just for flags & responses, I genuinely joined the community to share, give my opinion, not create worry among ATS members, I sense you depict me to be the type of person who would just join to get stars or flags, well my intentions are never to pursue stars & flags. Funny you bring that up because i now depict you as the type of person who takes these stars & flags seriously..
