I think you misunderstood what a perpetual motion machine/device is supposed to be.
It's a machine/device that works indefinitely.
That video uses wood and magnets.
A neodymium magnet will lose roughly 1% of its flux every 100 years. But it will more likely physically degrade before it ran out of charge.
Wood corrodes over time. Also, it would likely end up burning due to friction.
You said it yourself....
AND YES, IT IS A PERPETUAL MOTION MACHINE. Until the parts break down.
So, not quite a perpetual motion machine/device, is it?
