The information you presented was pure BS. Gloria didn't find what she was looking for and Romney came out smelling like a rose.

This isn't about Gloria Allred or Tom's ex-wife Maureen. This is about wether or not Tom and Mitt participated in a little insider trading fraud and perjury.

Globe Editor Martin Baron said the paper had no reason to object to getting the transcripts without lifting the gag order. "The Globe's only interest all along, as should have been clear to all parties, was to obtain the transcript of a presidential candidate's testimony. We wanted to read it to see what was there, following standard practice in covering a major election," Baron said in a statement.

I personally couldn't care less about who becomes the next president, neither of them have any clue how to address the economic issues that the states is facing at this moment. As of January, the FED will be pumping out 85 BILLION A MONTH to buy bonds and toxic mortgage assets.,,,,until the economy improves....but of the pure fact that spending that money is one of the issues that is making the economy go down the toilet.

I don't see Obama or Romney having any ability to address the currency manipulation that China (and other countries) are doing, don't see either of them willing to get rid of the Patriot Act, NDAA or being in favor of net neutrality. I see the usual, CAN'T have another Bush (referring to Romney) but is Obama any different? Bailouts, more wars, executive orders - sounds like Obama=Bush=Romney to me.

I guess the only difference in them is Obama is the champion of the GIMME GIMME social entitlement users while Romney is the champion of the GIMME GIMME corporate elite. But I don't expect to change any of the minds of most members in this thread (as most of you are the HOPE AND CHANGE Obama crowd) But don't forget Obama supporters who donated to his campaign in 2008, the same bankers who are supporting Romney this round. (the bankers really like to get the people to go at each others throats, makes it so much easier to manipulate the public)

So as I said, regardless of who wins next month, you are just looking at the continuation of the elitist agenda. But to whoever wins, Democrat or Republican - enjoy and celebrate, because the way things are looking, things will still continue to go down the crapper.

By that, I assume you mean stopping the massive downward jobs trend and doubling of the stock market (I.e. Retirement savings)

Nobody believes its been enough, but nobody in their right minds expected we'd be back from the brink in 4 years.

Romney is far from done, and this little blip is no big deal, though it does seem Obama has this one fairly solidly in the bag. That said, without a Dem congress, not much is going to change.

The bad thing is did Obama really do all that much?

The stock market is moving on essentially that central banks around the world are pumping in trillions to keep it afloat. The unemployment numbers are hardly an accurate portrait of how the economy is doing, millions of people are simply not even looking for employment any more.....and the amount of jobs that are being created do not even account for the numbers required in the birth death model (and who really cares about part time, low paying jobs)

Also, at the height of the 2008 crisis, how many jobs were being lost every month? 500k? Of course the numbers of jobs lost would decrease, at that rate everyone would be out of work by now.....no matter how bad it gets, someone will be working.

man you liberal are desperate!! She received 500,000 shares of staple. Thats not "barely recieving anything" like you mentioned. You guys are liars and has no conscience. Romney is up in most polls. Do you want a guy like Romeny who create STAPLES, a multi billion dollar company, create millions of jobs on his own? Obama, some loser that never had a real job in his life. Created 6 trillion in new USA debt, Someone who golfs 200 times in 4 years, someone who voted present while in the state senate. Fact is, both the obamas dont even have a law license. They are so corrupt and to be issued their law licenses.

Don't jinx it, I'm starting to freak out, the way some run of the mil average American Joe's are talking - and it's the white irrational anti-Obama sentiment for the most part since no one can articulate precisely what it is that would cause them not to vote for him, like it's a flip of a black and white coin!

I love it when smear campaigns fail miserably....Trumps too.

Gloria Allred is the worst type of ambulance chasing scum...she has a political agenda to boot.

One thing Allred better think about...

After a life time of character assassinations she thinks she is bullet proof behind words and the law...well when you play for high stakes as in the Presidential contender less than two weeks before elections, there are people who she will piss off who don't care about either the law or words...

You know, I supported Bush in 2004 and seriously thought he might lose to Kerry for a while. I supported McCain in 2008 and pretty much knew he was boned.

I was never as scared as Obama people seem right now. Because I knew that those 2 men more or less stood for principles that other people shared. If they lost, other people would come in the following years and I could vote for those people.

Obama people are terrified because he stands for nothing. It's a cult of personality. If he loses, there's no more Obama. And THAT'S what matters about Obama...him. It's not the same as other candidates, because he is uniquely popular, yet uniquely unsubstantial.

The only people using the word "fear" in their postings, are Romney supporters.
Me, I am quietly waiting for the Election to be over, Obama resumes his role, and Romney supporters regain their ability to reason again.

All good points, and I should have mentioned that its not really "Obama's doing", any more than the poop-storm was Bush's doing, or the Golden Age was Clinton's doing. As far as the huge 500-700k monthly losses themselves almost necessitating a decline, and people stopping seeking employment - both true. Thatbsaid, the economy IS better off now than when he took office (though nowhere near good enough), amd it is also MUCH better than the abyss averted by Bush's stimulus which Obama followed through on. Whether we like it or not, without it, it was economic Doom and most likely WW3.

The Debt:GDP curve leveled off, the economy has grown, and the dollar index has actually improved in the process. I won't say the economy is good, nor will I say the improvements were Obama's doing, but I can't spit in the face of facts and accept someone referring to the president's economic record as "dismal", when it's simply not true. There's plenty of bad to argue - shooting credibility in the foot doesn't help those arguments.

True. And hey, it's within possibility that Obama will win. At that point, as on the day Obamacare was upheld (which I vehemently argued it would not be) I'll be happy to discuss this with you. As I will, of course, be any time up to the election. I will 'get in your face' while debating. But my friend, people like you are what make me happy after a long day. It's serious but it's also fun. So thank you.

Romney's reptuation is full of holes, that must be why his company felt the need to buy the E-voting machines in Ohio, LAST YEAR.

Thats right, they bought the e-voting machine company in 2011.

Stop being duped people, you're being played left vs right, right vs left, it happens every two years and you guys fall for it every single time.

Totally agree it is over, waste of time to even go and vote for the President. All you good Obama supporters just sit it out at home. It is a sure thing, 4 more years.
