Frog vs Poisonous Newt

Just thought this was pretty sweet and share worthy. Wait for the unexpected climax.



Apparently the toxin from these newts could kill 10,000 mice or 100 humans, the only animal that can eat them is the Garter Snake, because they are immune to the toxins.

The can be picked up by humans though, they don't bite. Consumption would kill us. Here's a short docu.

i was watching something on a newt like this, apparently the garter snakes that eat them have to stop thier metabolism just to digest them but eating them actuly gives the snale some of the newt posion

That was awesome, I had the sound for this pc off but had another pc playing music, it went well with the video and synched up nicely. Glad to see that newt emerge from the much larger frog, unscathed!
