I was surfing the Internet earlier today, when I ran across this website:

There are people who want to free Slobodan Milosivec? Why? As the dictator of Yugoslavia, he was responsible for the deaths and suffering of millions of people.

Or is this website a spoof? (It's not a subject that's very classy to spoof, if that's the case.) Does anyone know?
