Indeed... Take care. I need to get off this topic myself. It's tooooo political right now, where it won't be in a little over 2 weeks and 1 day after this cycle ends. Then it'll be 4 years of seeing about getting far more than 50% when America gets it's next shot in 2016.

Errr.. right now though.. Hmm. Probably the worst time to talk reasons to vote...since those who will, are and those who aren't, won't be regardless of what anyone says at this point.

I'm voting for Romney. I've listened to both and both have some ideas, but I am ready to see what Romney will do, because Obama had four years and has messed a lot of things up. I'd like to see the United States begin to get out of debt, but I don't know if it can ever be paid off. But it shouldn't be trillions of dollars more. While I don't have any children nor plan to, I would be worried if I did. What kind of future will they have? Well I don't plan to have any children because I really don't have the idea that the future is bright.

Also, I think a lot of people are just in love with Obama. You have to be wary of just being in love with someone and overlooking their faults. They are there to do a job, and no matter how "cool" they look, they have to do a job. We need a president, not a cool man who can sing or dance or talk pretty. Obama would be a better movie star than an president. If you want to hear him speak, why not hire him for some talk show? If you want him to dance or sing, he can be a movie star. He can talk about his mother and grandmother and children, tell all sorts of anecdotal tales about his family. If you like that, he will never be out of work.

Yeah, Obama is kind of cool but that doesn't get the job done. There are real issues, real lives and real money involved here. There are people who want to destroy our way of life and they are happy when we are dead. We have to think about that, rather than just vote for someone because they are cool. Obama doesn't seem tough enough, willing to insult anyone. Politically correctness is going to make everyone it's slave. Sometimes you just have to point out who the enemy is and go at them. You can't just talk peace to someone who wants you dead. He believes that if everyone has food and a job they will get along. No, there are some people who hate us. They make hating us their job. Perhaps they are not starving or need a job or counseling. Perhaps maybe they just really hate us and want us dead?

I will vote. I hear a lot of talk at work and around. A lot of people have opinions but I wonder if they will vote or just run their mouth. People in the United States are very very inpatient. They hate to wait a second in line or wait at a stop light. They multi task. They have to be on a cell phone texting or doing two things at once. Some people just don't have the time to vote. Not really, they do have the time but they won't make the time. They will run their mouth but I wonder if they will vote.

If Obama could have written the laws then we would have seen the change he promised. However he can't write the laws. While both houses were majority Democrats in his first two years, there still wasn't enough of a quorum in both houses to get anything passed without huge republican input. As a result you can't blame Obama for lack of progress, but instead the Republicans which wouldn't let anything that would really help us get through.

That's why I am voting Obama. I'm a regular guy and have seen NOTHING from the Republicans that is really in my interest. Their economics have been proven false, and slanted to harm folks like me. Their policies, are extremely anti-christian, with the exception of abortion, yet they profess their belief in Christ to no end. I cannot reconcile voting for a Republican (although I am sure some are good people) as they stand against everything I believe.

The fact that Tea Party conservatives became active for the first time that I remember in my lifetime and voted in 2010, and turned the tide on Democrat control, shows that were it not for the half of the US who is not into socialism, the welfare state, and radical environmentalism, Obama would not have had to write all the laws. All the Alinskyite Organizers were not expecting conservatives to become organized and make a difference.
Not everyone wants Universal healthcare and big Nanny Statism. Obama cannot do what he wants just because he wants it. That is the great thing about our Democratic Republic.
As for the Republicans not letting anything get through, I would like to remind you that half the US still wants the free market and rugged individualism which made this country great, and we are not falling for the horrid Nanny Statism and Big Govt that team Obama has been pushing.
Republicans just said, "oh no you don't!"

Did I read your post right that you feel Republicans are anti Christian except for abortion? So you want Obama because you feel he is pro Christian---except for abortion and voting to let babies who survive partial-birth abortion procedures to die in some trash can in a soiled linen closet....yah you're right it is not Christian. Let me tell you something else, POTUS is not real Christian at all. He is a Poser when it comes to that. I would do so far as to suggest he is a wolf in sheep's clothing on that matter of religion, a Marxist in Christian clothing if you will.
But carry on with thinking he cares anything for average Joes.
You vote for Obama you get what you deserve. I will not be a party to that or anything else he waves across the land with his magic Marxist wand.
