Yes Obama is very specific since he is talking the same way since 2008

He's repeating the failures and expecting people to assume those failures will turn into some brand new magical solutions.

I'm in the hospital and I'm watching it now on NBC. I'm not really sure what to think of either candidate, but I agree that when Obama started, he had a lot of crap thrown onto his lap to start.
