I'm outside of the city limits, and I didn't evacuate. A mile from my house, people looting broke into an elderly couple's home and the old lady shot one of them in the neck and he's in critical condition... Im curious as to what's not being told...

Yeah this is the story/thread that keeps on giving. I read this entire thing, which was never explained satisfactorily in my opinion at all. Now this happens. Something is totally rotten in the state of Louisiana. How could these two things not be related?
