15 million posts!!!! way to go ATS!!!

Today sees the 15 millionth post on ATS!!



I write this with a massive thank you to each and everyone one of you, along with a huge round of applause for us all as well.

For a site like this to have come so far is, quite simply, outstanding.

I'm so glad to be a part of it. I'm sure many other places would love to have the sort of content we have.
When you consider we have a total of 270,844 members posting in 875,563 topics, then 15,000,000 posts is some serious discussions.

Guatemala has 15 million citizens..

So yeah, ATS is like a mini country if you look at it that way..

We've got almost 600 posts to go until we hit the magic 15,000,000

will it be an individual post or will it be a new thread?

If it wasn't for the hard work of the ATS owners and staff and the incredible contributions they and all the members have made over the years, then i wouldn't be creating this thread right now

Hats Off to the Gang Here!! I agree that it is quite a feat to achieve such a mark! I've been here for years, lots longer than this username, other was lost from my mind on how to get back into my old account, and have really enjoyed the diversity of people posting. I've learned tons reading on so many topics, most of which I would have Not seen at other sites. It's been quite a Ride here and I am glad to be part of it! Congrats ATS! ( Sorry won't be me huffin out the Candle, bad cold and all, LOL.) Later, Syx.

They might as well give them away like that.

Its not like they're worth anything or you can use them for anything. I say give the 15 millionth post 15 BILLION ATS points!

Who knows, they'll probably be worth more than those stinking Federal Reserve Notes someday.

As a relatively new member I'd like to thank Simon Gray for starting this site - I assume he drew his inspiration from Timothy Goods book of the same name about the massive worldwide UFO coverup?

Now, 15,000,000 posts - so where are all those crafty little UFO's we keep seeing - Geez they are good at hiding aren't they. I know, I know, they will show up with a bang in a couple of months just before christmas along with Jesus and the Zombies - but thats cool because I'll be wisked away into the 4th (or 5th) dimension anyway.

ATS - go you good thing.

There was a time where you could post anonymously too.. so take those into consideration as well..

And if bots were posting, someone has to sit there and input data for the bot to post something so kinda defeats the point imo.

Lurkers, banned members, people who forgot their login.

I know that once a member, you are always classed as a member even if you are banned. The stats wont go down, only up.

Ie; if Dave123 gets banned, he still appears as a member (count wise). The member count doesnt go down.
