Yes. Do you see how his anger is being overly dramatized? He is reared back too far in his stance - one foot above the other leg's knee, fists clinched, elbows towards the sun.

Is he about to run somewhere or is he stomping towards us with such a twisted body?

Does anyone rear back so far when they move? No - the artist does that for dramatic effect, but generally, such flamboyance is a sign of an artist wanting to show off their own emotions, rather than capture another's.
