As opposed to the left wing blame game as per this thread premise?

It's pretty obvious that this thread can be written off as left wing trolling. The OP fills page after page with 'right wing' this and 'right wing that' and insult after insult. Whereas those that disagree with him present facts and do so in an agreeable manner.

It's obvious that those trying to blame the GOP for Benghazi-gate are refusing to look at the facts .. including the fact that the government has clearly stated that $$$ played no part in how much security was provided to our diplomats in Benghazi ... including the fact that Hillary's State Department is responsible for the safety of our overseas diplomats ... including the fact that our diplomats knew they were in danger and didn't have enough security, they told the State Dept, but they were left to be slaughtered.

Obama has skipped more than half his security briefings and he can't find time to meet with certain world leaders, but he finds plenty of time to play golf, attend fundraisers and get his ugly mug on The View with those cackling hens.

The OP continually spits on 'the right wing' and says they are brainwashed. But the truth is that those who continually defend the Obama administration and blame Bush/Right Wing on this ... well .... :shk: and
Time to write this thread off as nothing more than factless and mindless far left wing trolling.

What I clearly said is that other countries are benefiting from the Iraq war like this one :

WASIT, Iraq — Perspiration staining their orange jumpsuits, the Chinese engineers and laborers form Al-Waha Oil Co. work alongside their Iraqi counterparts under a sweltering sun readying an expanse of arid land southeast of Baghdad for infrastructure to extract and carry the viscous liquid on which Iraq's future lies: oil.

Isn't the thread about bashing the Gop for "cutting money to libya" ?

No, it is the people who attacked the embassies fault for attacking the embassy.

It is the GOP's fault for defunding embassies around the world

It is Obama's fault for not having FOX news sell his agenda for him

You need to read the link.

Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter said Thursday that the “entire reason” the terrorist attack at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that killed four Americans has “become the political topic it is” is because Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan talk about the attack.

Um it has been debunked here, by posting the actual words of the person in charge that it was not an issue of funds.

I am still waiting on this to be answered, but all I read from you is white noise and crickets.

"The tyranny of a brutal dictator put us there"

I know that is what you said, but you failed to answer my question.
It is very simple, and your willingness not to answer it directly is very telling.

Here it is again. Who (Meaning what person) ordered (Meaning having authority to make decisions) the US Military (Meaning the US Military Forces that are commanded at the top by the sitting US President) to Libya (Meaning outside the US).

i will wait again, but am willing to bet you will avoid the answer.

It is obvious that the GOP is trying to score points because it is easy to sell.

Yet they are the one's who de-prioritized funding and consequently, security - FACT

For the past two years, House Republicans have continued to deprioritize the security forces protecting State Department personnel around the world. In fiscal year 2011, lawmakers shaved $128 million off of the administration's request for embassy security funding. House Republicans drained off even more funds in fiscal year 2012 -- cutting back on the department's request by $331 million.

Consulate personnel stationed in Benghazi had allegedly expressed concerns over their safety in the months leading up to the Sept. 11 attacks that killed four Americans, including Amb. Chris Stevens. Chaffetz and Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), who chairs the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, claim those concerns were ignored.

Hrmmm.

“The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly - it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over”

The GOP aren't the ones who are trying to sell something in this thread.

FACT:
Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for International Programs Charlene Lamb admitted that her decision had nothing to do with budget restraints.

Now, what should you retort with?
Either ignore it and move on to the next thing, OR........................Retort again with the budget snip-it again.

Or perhaps they could have used that 400mil they threw down the well for Solyndra and used it for things like this?

They can blame the GOP all they want for cuts, but their mismanagement of funds is mind boggling......

If the Dems hadnt misspent all that money perhaps it could have been allocated better to protecting our assets.....

What I also love, is how the Dems are screaming that its the GOP fault, all the while saying for years how we need to cut money for defense, military etc etc........

They try to have it both ways.........scream that they want it, then try to blame the GOP when they get it and something bad happens......

But like you and I have stated repeatedly, budget had nothing to do with it, and Lamb confirmed it...

By the same logic, spending more money on wars overseas is a good thing, right? After all, it keeps militants busy there instead of planning attacks on American soil.

Funny how the democrat way is to always throw more money at the problem. Crazy, warlike Democrats.

Romney will have his hands full straightening the huge mess out that this administration has created. If we have war in the Middle East it will be on the Democrats heads due to their pathetic foreign policy.

You really fail on history. 12 embassies were attacked under Bush only two have been attacked under Obama. And Romney is already talking about going to war so how is that Obama's fault? If we have war in the middle east? Where the hell have you been for the last decade?

Thank you!

I've noticed a very disturbing trend this election cycle.

"Cherry picked facts"

It seems BOTH sides like to leave out crucial details in order to smear the opposition.

It takes me hours to actually find the "truth" because it's burried so deep in partisian spin pieces. Good lord!

FACT

The GOP launches a politically motivated witch hunt and then it is found out that they are the ones who have
systematically weakened America's embassies.

Nothing irritates me more than people that give a small little slice of the story and knowingly fail to tell the truth. The truth is the State Department Budget went from approximately $12 billion in 2008 to $16 billion in 2010. That is an increase of $4 billion. YES INCREASE IN $4 BILLION. The manner in which that is spent is decided through the State Department working with Congress on what to spend where. Plus, this is only an estimate. In 2008 they estimated $8 billion budget which in 2010 it was determined that the actual spending for 2008 was $12 billion. So you are an idiot and somehow want to deflect the fact that the president lied about the attack on our embassy. Plus his is such a crappy leader he cannot accept responsibility. Next time check your facts moron. By the way did I mention you are a moron?

First they blamed the video.
-That didn't work.
Then they said it was under investigation.
-That stall didn't work
Then they blame the GOP.
-Now they look pathetic.

Who are they going to blame next?

Watch and see....it's going to be Hillary.

This is pretty pathetic.. The Obama admin did admit a mistake with the intel they got.. IMO the GOP could atleast show a tiiny fraction of honor and responsibility for the part they had to play.. You wont ever see that happen though, they are still standing around attempting to defend Bush after everything he did.
