Well, there is nothing like a Pro-Romney thread to form the largest hate-Romney bash going at the moment. You'd think a poor conservative couldn't get
a word in edgewise to see how completely and thoroughly a thread of this nature becomes not just kinda different, but polar opposite to where it
started. Wow...
Now I don't know how Romney will be as the President of the United States. Frankly. NO ONE does and anyone saying different is a psychic fit to claim
that million dollar prize I heard about awhile back or political hacks and liars.
Personally, I have a hunch how Romney will lead...and it's an educated guess by his background of being a very successful businessman and Governor
that even Ted Kennedy could work with. ....ironically, that was my largest PROBLEM with him for quite some time. He's TOO similar to the far left and
was TOO welcome by the "Lion of the Senate" and Pappa Smurf to the far left crowd on Capital Hill. It's ironic to now see Romney painted and smeared
with the images of the very very WORST any stereotype of the far right can be conjured to present. Damn, people... He's not Satan incarnate.
What he is, is a typical and fairly garden variety breed of corrupt politician and one I've frankly gotten used to. We have it at ALL levels from the
crooked councilpersons of Bell, Ca. (Oh..how Republican of them..lol..not) to the Halls of Congress and basically EVERY SINGLE candidate that has been
in this race at all....except for ONE. Ron Paul is the exception....and he's now a Congressman about to retire. No longer a candidate.

Looking at that by

You know the view I personally like best though? It's an informative view, indeed.

They are both bought and paid for to some degree...although the President who would keep lobbyists out, as he SO clearly declared in 2008 seems to
have them all over the place and flooding him with money these days.
The question really is, which Special Interest funded type is best as our economy tanks? Would it be the one who represents those most BADLY HURT by a
tanking economy and MOST DESPERATE to see that change and improve? Or would it be the one represented by the interests largely insulated from the
damage of the economy if not, in some ways, helped by it?
Personally, those who speak with dollars for each speak to me as to who their masters really are, taken one step below whatever we figure is pulling
the ultimate strings world wide. There are damn sure levels to this whole mess above us, IMO. In a crash, I want the guy who represents those that
NEED SUCCESS. Why? The only way they GET success is if consumers can consume and that takes MONEY which requires a better economy.
See the logic?
However, for top funders like Obama has...and as good as THAT set of priorities would be in a prosperous time when social issues could afford to be a
major national focus, at the moment they aren't NEARLY as hurt by economic problems as I want to see the people pulling the President's
strings.....when we ALL agree there's gonna be SOMEONE back there doing it on any of them.
In some real and honest to God ways, the Government BENEFITS from bad economic times now because it justifies it's own GROWTH by DEBT at near endless
levels at this point.....this is NOT the benefit of the "evil bankers" Romney is influenced by....it's Obama's vision of Utopia.
^^^ THAT is the BIGGEST difference between the two as individual MEN who will sit in the seat and personally make the decisions day in and day out for
4 long years. ...we WILL have one of them. WHICH is the only question to settle next month.
