Russia still develops Bio arms

Ex-KGB researcher Alexey Khludov, an employee of the state-run City Hospital N 31 on Lobachevskogo street in Moscow, located near the new FSB (Russian secret service) headquarters, says: the state still finances the development of non-traditional bio arms. Theeese weapons include mind programming machines, indirect ECG registrators and other similar devices. There is an enterprise in Moscow - NPO Speztechnika (also owned by the FSB) that manufactures such devices. Who knows more?
