The murders could have been connected to the church without being connected to Obama, if this story is true at all.

It didnt take any years, Everyone knew about it when it was going on but it was back in the good ol boys network days and so no one thought too much about it. It used to be that men could cheat and no one said a thing. It was expected and accepted and ok as long as you didnt talk about it.

Okay - you got me... the rumors don't reflect on it; just ALL of his previous actions in office. The man is sneaky and ingenuous.

Let's go all the way back to the obamacare debacle... The number of lies he told as the pr front man to facilitate getting the legislation rammed through is astounding.

I don't have the time or energy to list them all out for you, but I'm sure many other ATS folks can enumerate them quite well.

Okay - I can see your distaste for religion... And yes, many different religions have had heinous periods in their histories. I won't try to defend the indefensible. Humanity has a fatal flaw and it shows...

However, I would point out that levels of intolerance and persecution perpetrated by all religions combined pales in comparison to the levels of intolerance, persecution, and executions perpetrated by governments. If you want to focus your bitterness and resentment on an evil greater than religion, that's where I would start.

I wan't trying to pick a fight... I made the comment only to point out that you were making some pretty derogatory global stereotypical statements about certain people groups and that it might not be a fair characterization. And that in doing so, an otherwise well written post lost a little credibility.

Take it for what it's worth... Otherwise, my compliment still stands. That was a well written post.

I had the same thoughts to America putting a Black man in the whitehouse but I was wrong. I still believe we wont put a homosexual or a woman into the office. We are not that liberated yet. Time will tell.
