I have some questions relating back to the creation of the country of Israel, and it's designation of a "State for the Jewish people to call home"

WHY?

Why should 1 particular group of people get a piece of land "given" to them via treaty and declaration? Are there not other groups of people, indigenous or not, as worthy based on religions or regional discrimination as the Jews to get a country of their own?

I guess in a nutshell, the question is- why was 1 single group of people given so much while others are ignored?

If you truly want to know why, then study the 2 world wars closely.

It was after those terrible and horrific wars that mankind finally woke up to the strings of elite enchaining all through conquest, domination and economic slavery.

Israel was NOT the ONLY country given land. Conquested lands of centuries ago were returned back to those whom are qualified and responsible enough to uphold the UN Charter and be responsible members, such as England's, France, Holland, Portugal and many other western lands won by blood centuries ago, given freely back, including much of the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Our forefathers sacrificed much of their precious lives to give us peace. Please honor them, with truth, and peace in our time and for the innocent next generations time. May that persian apostate infidel leader end his manpulation of the long suffering palestine people...

Good point but not only that, why wasn't part of Europe given to them? Given it was the Nazis in Germany that were behind what happened, or at least that is what official history tells us, couldn't part of Germany have been used to create a homeland.

But you make an excellent point, a homeland for Jews- the entire concept goes againt logic- is there a homeland for Christians? Or do Christians make up various nations all over the world?

The only answer really is because those behind the decisions knew full well it would lead to all the suffering and death we have seen that has led us to where we are today. Where we are today is Israel pushing for yet another war in the region. The Jewish people are pawns in this sick agenda.

The fact is that the land of Israel has changed hands many times throughout history .. the early israelites were there long long before the 1940s.. we're talking 1200 BCE .. then it was under Persian rule around 538 BCE.. they've been pushed out numerous times.. the land was also under Roman rule ( when it became known as Palaestina ), Byzantine rule... it became under Arab rule in the middle ages around the year 636 until around 1096.. then the Christians took it during the crusades .. Ottoman rule went from the 16th to the 19th century.. ( Syria basically ) ..

So Israelites were there first.. they've been butted out quite a bit .. Arab rule didn't come around until 636

Does any of this justify the actions of Israel in Gaza and attacks on Lebanon etc?

Why couldn't the Jews live alongside the Palestinians after WW2, why did the Zionists insist on a homeland for a relgious group and kick the Palestinians out?

Surely you can see what has happened is fundamentally wrong?

Just because Warren calls herself a Cherokee, that doesnt mean she can claim Oklahoma. Likewise the Europeans that have colonized Palestine cant claim it because of the heritage they PICKED for themselves

While I agree generally with the post, I'm not sure what purpose it serves other than to rile people up. I suppose it's an attempt at education in the face of mass media manipulation which supports war almost anyplace it can get one. (Hmm, I love the smell of an embedded reporter in the morning.)

Here's a popular pro-Palestinian line of logic. Who lived there in the past is not relevant, only who is there now. If we look at the past Jews certainly have history on the land. If we look in the present, they have a claim there too. So you should avoid that line of reasoning. Instead let's work with what we have. That can only be done when Palestinians choose peace over terror.

Excellent point. I dont support the killing of innocent people at all. however the Palestinian and Hezbollah approach has to change first before the world can ask Israel to stop its attacks. Regardless of how it was created Israel was attacked first and has been able to use this to justify all its atrocities as part of the country being on the defensive in this battle. I think peace can only be found if Iran (the leader in the area) recognizes Israel as a country in its own right then this can be the foundation of peace in the region.

If Palestinians want peace they can stop terror related attacks. If Iran wants to speak it can stop funding and supporting terrorists. Not much else to say. Oh and your thread will be popular, the anti-Israel crowd is big here.

what about you, do you have any reason to defend Israel or does USA have any good reason to fund Israel unless their elections ! does Israel have any benefit to USA ! UK made Israel so why is USA paying for it !

Oh, yes real logical..

Iran should have a nuke so they can defend themselves while
blowing israel off the map..

I think logic tells me they are developing weapons to kill people..

Logic fails as soon as ahmadnijihadi opens his mouth.

Your thread begins with an impossibility :

“Iran's Seemingly Logical stance”

continues with a lie:

"Millions of indigenous people were made refugees”

The rest of it falls into those same lies, out context interpretations and the usual exaggerations, while exonerating every other part of the equation.

Did you just choose to miss the part where they said if they are attacked? Iran's history of not attacking another nation for 300 years shows they are not eager to start wars.

Saying that you will defend if you are attacked is the best logic of all far better than someone screaming we need to set a line for a military option.
Here's a little help so you can learn what the word logic means.
logic
1.
the science that investigates the principles governing correct or reliable inference.
2.
a particular method of reasoning or argumentation: We were unable to follow his logic.
3.
the system or principles of reasoning applicable to any branch of knowledge or study.
4.
reason or sound judgment, as in utterances or actions: There wasn't much logic in her move.
5.
convincing forcefulness; inexorable truth or persuasiveness: the irresistible logic of the facts.

So you think all the Palestinians just decided to leave their homes and farms that had been in their family for generations? An estimated 5 million people have had their homes and land stolen from them.

“Study some history.”

Let's start with you.

“Palestine agreed to peace terms but Israel didn't honor the agreement.”

Ahhem...right, fine whatever. In what planet ?

“And you may as well lay off the anti Israeli whine just because people want to see the government of Israel held accountable for the crimes it commits doesn't mean they are anti Israel.”

Right, your not anti Israel, you're just plain old-style anti Semitic... errr I mean anti zionist.

More lies ha Mr buster ?

The 1948 Palestinian exodus, known in Arabic as the Nakba (Arabic: النكبة‎, an-Nakbah, lit. "disaster", "catastrophe", or "cataclysm"),[1] occurred when approximately 711,000 to 725,000 Palestinian Arabsleft, fled or were expelled from their homes

Not millions ha ?

Read all about it:

You know, It's hard to take someone seriously when he uses Hitler's quote as his signature.
Hitler also said, “The bigger the lie, the more it will be believed.”
It's apparent you are using the same tactic over and over again.

Im glad someone else sees the lies for what they are OP....

Some of us have done our research.. thats for sure.

Here below is a video of a Generals Son who was a son of a general who took over the land of Israel from the Palestinians. Even he and his family KNOW what is going on, been going on and it should not be accepted.

They are playing the religions against one another.

What people need to understand is our protection for "israel" should be protection for mankind. PERIOD. We are ALL Israelites and Jew was not even a word until waaaaaaaaaaay after Judaism was created.

I mean.... wake up people.... they are playing us. For what you ask? Research and see for yourself as seeing is believing.

Brainwashed much?

Who is the real "crazy" one? The crazy ONES are the ones who are fooling you.

History speaks for itself and I can guarantee you the terrorist is not who you think they are.

So you think the Exodus of the Palestinians is justified? How so??

They are still being killed.

Guess what the Palestinians never left and they were pushed out of their homes and killed. Children and women and innocent people... killed. Their land is not even fit to grow crops.... they are and have always been an oppressed people. I feel sorry for them and so do many other "jews" who were there and witnessed such. Many didn't even want to return.

Have you done your homework regarding jews and what they are saying about the Zionist regime in Israel? You may want to before you side with Mr. Wackenhoo as he is a blankity blank from hell. He does not appreciate life and could care less about jews and their freedoms. He continues to push for war and although he has a nuke... he is scared. Like a dog with its tail between its legs. He should be scared... he is not respected at all and neither is the US. We have been overcome with the same regime and people like you think its ok.

I really don't get it.

imagine being able to walk down a street bringing so much elation.

that elation they experienced was freedom.

the same freedom the u.s. claims to be a defender of.
