Ghostx here for Monarch Programming/MKULTRA information

I am interested in Monarch Programming / MKULTRA.
I have been to ATS for 9/11 conspiracies as well as the above-mentioned topics that I am interested in. I decided to join after I saw the 'Debbiewins' topics around. It made me feel like ATS is a genuine website for real and intriguing discussions.

That is great to hear. I hate when one side of an argument is well presented/documented and the other is not. It's not the best way to pick a side. So that's good (and it's what I've seen so far).
