I think what the OP is trying to get across is that since 2008, the black community has felt "entitled" in that the first "black" man was elected President (although Obama is half white).

Nobody here can deny that if an Italian Catholic where elected, that Italians all over the country would rejoice.

So why would not Black people rejoice in the election of Obama? Isn't it human nature to assimilate toward a commonality?

There have been numerous videos, news reports, etc. over the past 4 years where race has been called into question. Mostly, the left calling the right Racist.

How is Hannity saying the end of America is Racist? You are a denier. The USA is 16 trillion in debt, and if you factor in the long term liabilities like SS, we are over 80 Trillion in debt.

Obama has doubled the national debt in 3 years and outspent ALL PRIOR US PRESIDENTS IN COMBINATION.

I'm from St. Louis and I knew this would make it to this forum, just not this fast. Personally, I prefer to have gang named after the president to having the gang in the whitehouse led by a president. Been there, done that.

I think it's unfair to blame Obama in any way.

You have a valid point in that the media holds Obama, and others like Romney etc, up on a pedestal and treats them like celebrities. That is our blame and burden to accept. That is the world in which we live.

Take a look at the professional athletes. They have a big influence on our youth. If some punk kids get totgether and form a "Favre Gang", do we blame Brett Favre, or do we blame ourselves...our culture and the parents that allow these kids to become mindless robots in which idolization is acceptable?

No, you have the wrong way around. It's Obama and the media who blow up any white crime on non-whites and turn it in to a national rallying call for violence. Even if they have to lie about the offenders skin color, as they did in the case of Trayvon.

Seems to me that we INCREASED our Military footprint in the ME. We were not in Libya. We are on the verge of War with Iran. We are losing troops left and right in Afghanistan.

Then we will have the argument that Repubs go to war for Oil, when not ONE OUNCE of oil was ever "TAKEN" from Iraq. Nothing. None. Nada.
