We all know TV is more of a toy than a tool.. at least as far as the consumer/customer is concerned.

I don't pay for cable, and rarely watch Television, though I noticed a small but powerful detail while watching a commercial for the Time Warner Cable company for my area.

I already did a search and saw that it was only briefly mentioned with a list of other logos, though no one showed the symbol itself.

The reason I felt this post worthy is because of how blatantly obvious the symbol is, and yet they still use it probably thinking no one would notice...

Anyway, the symbol is a simple Eye shape with a Spiral.

The first thing I thought when I saw this was that is was an obvious reference to Hypnosis, programming, and brainwashing.

Anyway, I just thought I would throw this out there. I'm glad I don't give them my money.

Looks like a brainwashing tool as much as your avatar looks like a swastika.

I always thought it was a blend of the human eye and the human ear. Look at it again. It looks like an eye and an ear on top of each other.

To me it doesn't symbolize brainwashing. It is a tacit message to the other PTB that they are the ones secretly behind the cattle mutilation phenomena since they always take the eyes and ears from the cattle. I bet if you looked hard enough you can see the shapes of the other organs they typically take from the cattle.
