Wow....

Everybody should be very proud of the people of Spain. They are a great people, and a great nation.

I'm extra proud of them because they are sticking up for themselves in a non-violent manner, even though some of them are taking a beating from spanish law enforcement. It's truly amazing to watch these people in mass without any weapons (no rocks, no sticks, no clubs, no knives, no guns) trying to let their government know in a peaceful way that they (the People) are what their Constitution is there to Protect Their Rights, and they in return must Protect Their Constituition.

Everybody should be very proud of them, I am.

I'm going to take a more cautious route. I want to know who these people are and the real reasons why they're rioting.

The reason for this is because of the riots that overthrew Egypt. They were the just another Islamic group who wanted to impose their brand of Islam onto the populace.

This might be the same thing, or something similar.

I certainly hope not, though. I hope it's about throwing out the bankers who feel it's their duty to ruin a country's economy so they can loot the country.

It's sad that it has become a trend in ATS that anything that does not directly affect Americans has a lot less thread attention than anything with the word "Obama" or "Romney" in it. More people need to know about this! Hopefully this will be another success like Iceland.
