What is this guy talking about? Classified?

Hey, Im not sure if this should be in the UFO forums or not, I think it fits m=best here but you guys be the judge.

Just wanted to share this video I found, I did a search, didnt find it posted yet.

Its C-Span footage of a hearing, half of what is said is classified, but it seems the speaker is talking about something we are familiar with.

What do you think? Either way, its a short video and pretty entertaining.

It is a good laugh though.

That is a funny video, I thought it was real the first time I saw it....But IS it really too far off from what actually happens in those sessions???? Food for thought
