I do not care about invading other countries for resources. It just matters to me that they lie about. If they said we are going into iran/ x for oil I would expect lower gas prices but no they say it is for the saftey and security of the world.


Which lets them keep oil at the same/higher price instead of lowering the price since they have more. The rich benefit from the spoils of war and the nation does not benefit at all we just go into debt due to the war. We are just a tool for the rich.

Who the fu*k cares what Israel has to say about us and what we decide to do? Last time I checked, we were not the "United States of Israel". For far too long, Israel has been walking around - chest puffed up - talking smack to everyone because it had big-brother US to handle the fights Israel started. ENOUGH. Why isn't Israel ever taken to task for their treatment of the Palestinians? Their aggression towards their neighbors (which they distract people from by claiming self-defense)?

OP, just how did this video show Obama throwing Israel under the bus? He spoke very supportingly of Israel. Is the fact that he didn't say the US is going to war immediately with Iran the equivalent of throwing Israel under the bus in your mind?

(The other one was declared by the government to be a non-Muslim) And the one Muslim who did win the prize shared it with two others, at least one of whom was Jewish.

I found out, in another thread, that my facts were wrong on an important point. I have heard Presidents say for years that Israel is our "ally." I just took it for granted that that meant they were our ally. BUT I WAS WRONG.

Technically, to be an ally there must be a signed mutual defense treaty. We don't have that with Israel. I'm sorry for misleading you. They are allies only in the sense of being good friends.
