So what do you think is better? A pre-emptive strike that would almost inevitably result in a nuclear catastrophy on the premise that Iran 'might' be working on nuclear weapons OR would it not be better to gather more inteligence on the matter till we are sure...
Here is another map of Islamic aggression.

Dude, you're posting this on a forum that hates Jews and Israel. This will make them love Obama even more.

All that President Obama is saying is that he refuses to let Israel dictate foreign policy to the United States, and he's right.
Just like with the Americans upset about President of Iran being allowed to speak to the United Nations, the UN won't let the USA dicate their policies, either.
Obama is correct in his assertion that Israel should never be telling the United States how to handle foreign policy.
Of course, in a Romney administration (God help us all) President Romney will do whatever Israel asks of him.

No this forum doesn't hate Jews but I will say Zionist are not in high favor here. And just because they think Israel should be held accountable for all their human rights violations and international laws they break doesn't mean Israel is hated either.

My worry is more along the lines of how Israel sees us. This is not an isolated incident. Obama has been acting really luke warm at best towards Israel's concerns.

You purposely ignore the whole story, because it would require you to tone down your Jew hatred and maybe even criticize some Muslims. Something your indoctrination wont allow you to do. You'll talk all day about the fence, but not the suicide bombings that caused it to go up. You'll blame everything on Israel, but ignore the hatred that surrounds them on all sides. You'll rage about their military operations, but not the terrorist attacks that instigated them.

I'm not happy with a bunch of Islamic fundamentalists in Iran having nuclear weapons.
Are you?

Where is your proof of them having nukes?

Does this lead Israel to conclude they no longer have to pay any attention to the US, since we're not paying any attention to them? How, practically, do we hold them in check now, if they feel Iran is going to uncork a nuke?
It looks like we're taking ourselves out of the game, and if the only remaining players are Israel and Iran, I don't see how war can be avoided.
And how does Iran see us? If they believe we won't get involved, then what's stopping them from attacking?
Yup, I'm worried.
