Dude your not crazy, I believe in a lot of that stuff with one exception, we don't create with our thoughts but we can certainly visualise things that exist outside of our reality in time and in space.
What I am saying is that if we can think of something it must exist - somewhere or sometime.
Its like we can somehow tap into some huge database of information - little snippets or images, dreams as well.
How often do you dream of thinks that cannot happen in this reality/ that our laws of physics say it cannot exist.
Well, I believe in other realities we have variations of our laws and some where they just don't apply.
Have you read about soul extensions? Some people believe we have 144 soul extensions that live in other realities,
I swear that often I dream of the same place where I am the same person but there are subtle differences where I may be living with a partner I broke up with 20 years ago and have 3 kids with and we are being invaded by another country and yet when I wake up, I have the same wife and kid and no invasion.
I have many similar dream scenarios that recur all with subtle differences, I think maybe when I sleep I visit these soul extensions.
But as for being crazy, I think those who have been indoctrinated into the system are the craziest of all.

How do you know there is no such thing as a soul, How can you make such a definite assumption.
I for one am certain I have a soul, I also have a higher self and an ego,all having their own function.
You may not have a soul and as such I feel for you, but do not declare what you cannot prove.
I also cannot prove with science, but through meditation have made a connection with my higher self and know that I myself am the soul basically the driver of the vehicle while my higher self is the navigator and my ego is my fight or flight reflex that we have all had since primitive times, my ego is what would get all metaphysical with your ass as you start to piss me off.
My higher self would later tell me that I shouldn't let my ego do my thinking for me as it only gets me into trouble.
Hence when you reply with a comment calling me nuts, I wont listen to ego and therefore accept that we all have own points of view and belief systems, so good luck on your soulless journey.

Science can explain how animals function quite well. The "soul" is not a part of this machine.

The brain creates what we feel as the "self", and the "self" dies with the brain. The "self" can also get altered with the proper stimuli on the brain. Further explaining the unexciting fact of the mind not being anything spiritual.

If what science knows of the brain today does not get you on the right track to ditch an ancient idea of a "soul", I can't help you. I'm sorry.

You cannot prove with science because what you are talking about is dismissed by science.
Also, what you have done is to have come up with things without learning about them. Just speculating for yourself and then coming up with things you can't prove leads no where.

Dude, I've been meditating for 20 years and have seen things that science would have no explanation for, I am not against science but I am rabidly against those with a closed minded attitude to anything that cant be proven with science at this point in time.
Recently I believe it was theorised to be possible to travel faster than the speed of light, yet only ten years ago it was said to be impossible.
Scientists are quick to say something is impossible only to be proven wrong decades later.
Do not tell me that science can prove that souls do not exist, it has been proven on many occasions that people can remember past lives. Proof of reincarnation. Of course you will say they are hoax's.
Allow me to tell you of a personal experience: Two years ago I drove down a street in a suburb about 20 minutes from home.
Everything in the street gave me the strongest sense of de ja vu I have ever had.
I took note of the street and suburb and mentioned it to my father over the weekend.
It turns out my Grandfather who died in 1943 was born in that street and his father had lived there for quite some time.
I had no idea previously of a family connection to that street. How could I possibly know, weeks later I had a dream with my dead Grandfather in that street in olden times and we seemed to be contempories Father/ Son
or brother, I am not sure.
But I do believe I have reincarnated in the same family line hence proof of a soul.
Or that is what I belief. nay say if you wish.
Until Science has a machine that can measure such things then I guess we have to agree to disagree.

You believe wrong. It was a measurement error (faulty equipment, rather) that started a hype about nothing.

Scientists are quick to say something is impossible only to be proven wrong decades later.

I didn't mean a "soul" in the way most people see, I meant your life force. Not a soul as in the whole religious bit.

I like to think outside the socially acceptable box and consider alternatives to normal ways of thinking. I am just here to get opinions in these thoughts.
