First. This is the Sun
Second. Let me remind you that this article is from the Sun.

Now, here is the story :

TWO sisters are looking to infinity and beyond for clues after spying a Buzz Lightyear - shaped UFO in a photo. Spooked-out Maggie Waldron was startled when the mysterious image turned up in a pic of pregnant sis Lorna Hanmore. And the women’s imaginations went into orbit trying to figure out exactly what was hovering above Lorna’s head.

www.thesun.co.uk...

Thanks to Dermot Mcderp :

The article mentions that a photo expert is puzzled by the picture.

Yet, the Sun picture desk man seems to have a pretty logical explanation :

“I think the flash is bouncing off a moth right in front of the camera creating this white, fuzzy image.”

So ATS, if this is photoshopped please debunk it, If it is not i would like to know what everyone thinks this is!

Personally i think someone had fun with photoshop.

Also can someone embed that picture and post it so i can put it in the OP

Yeah well i looked at the picture more carefully and i doubt that is a moth reflecting the light from the flash.

Looks to me like it would have something more to do with the flash on the camera than a UFO. But, I am no photographer so I can't really say.

I wouldn't think too much of it if it didn't look so much like The Spaceman" photograph taken years ago and debunkers are still unable to explain it. Kind of wild. I am checking to see if I can find it to compare them. S&[on second thought]

Looks as though someone has taken an eraser and rubbed the shape out of the clouds like you can do in Paint on a PC...............

The picture might be a moth but the bottom part looks too "off" for that to be the explanation.
If it isn't photoshopped...which it looks like at first glance and without any investigation, it reminds me of this "Spaceman Photo"

On May 23, 1964, Jim Templeton, a former fireman from Carlisle in the North of England and a keen photographer, took his wife and 5 years old young daughter out to on Burgh Marsh overlooking the Solway Firth estuary eight miles west of Carlisle in Cumbria, UK, to take some photographs.

authenticufos.blogspot.com...

There had been nobody else on the marshes nearby at the time.
But sure enough, on the picture in question there was something odd:
overlooking her left shoulder, at a canted angle,
was what appeared to be a man in a spacesuit.

The theory that it is a moth or another insect is completely viable, and logical imo.

Not exactly the same but close.

Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.
