Id just like to say from my viewpoint and i had my glasses on it looked about 5-10 miles up and im not exagerating, so low and moving slowish and the brightest thing ive ever seen and im still kicking myself i didnt take my camera out with me as ive been seeing strange objects for wks, so decided to have my camera by hand but dropped a ball not getting footage iof this meteor and it would of shown how low it actually was from where i live in salford manchester...

I suppose that is possible given I seem to be in the middle of the sightings.
