Remember this was not his first offense he just finally got caught.
What evidence do you have to support this accusation?
This is what I am talking about. You have no idea what this officer's history is but for some reason you automatically assume he has a history of
criminal behavior.
A healthy mistrust of authority is one thing. This is just unreasonable.
I hope this also means he can NEVER apply as a police officer anywhere in the US!
If the officer is convicted of the crimes he was charged with he would be federally prohibited from possessing a firearm.
If the officer is diagnosed with a mental illness and is committed to a mental health facility, he will be federally prohibited from possessing a
firearm.
A person who is federally prohibited from possessing a firearm cannot be a police officer.
I am pretty sure his career as a police officer is over.
