Great another cop bashing thread .....considering a 1000 pieces of # do this every day you got one cop in there..way to go.

Ok on a serious note my professional opinion is it had to be drugs...most police agencies have a pretty thorough background check and psychological exam so it seems this guy had some kind of addiction...glad he's off the street cop or not.

Remember this was not his first offense he just finally got caught.

What evidence do you have to support this accusation?

This is what I am talking about. You have no idea what this officer's history is but for some reason you automatically assume he has a history of criminal behavior.

A healthy mistrust of authority is one thing. This is just unreasonable.

I hope this also means he can NEVER apply as a police officer anywhere in the US!

If the officer is convicted of the crimes he was charged with he would be federally prohibited from possessing a firearm.

If the officer is diagnosed with a mental illness and is committed to a mental health facility, he will be federally prohibited from possessing a firearm.

A person who is federally prohibited from possessing a firearm cannot be a police officer.

I am pretty sure his career as a police officer is over.
