Islam is not funny.
Islam is a Rage Virus or mental meme.
Islam is a pagan death cult that wants to destroy all the true religions.

Whats so funny about the Shariah Laws which are Islam?
Whats so funny about 20,000 terrorist attacks since 9/11

It may be that my thread title was misleading. I believe that some religions are joyful, but I don't know of any that are funny. After reading through this thread, I feel more encouraged than I was at the start. There only seem to be a few options, declare war on Islam and Muslims, let it all go and not get involved, or encourage the "non-crazy Muslims" to take over their countries.

In looking at the website I checked, and news reports, it seemed as though there were very few 'non-crazy Muslims." Death and destruction in the cause of Allah seemed to be their only pleasure. They seemed nearly inhuman. I believed that for the vast majority of Muslims, their religion was everything in their life and they were perpetually looking around to see if anyone was having a laugh at anything they were doing. Laugh at their life or actions, and you're laughing at their religion. Laugh at their religion, and you might as well call up your life insurance company.

As some posters are pointing out, there may be enough "normal" Muslims to turn the situation around. My remaining worry is time. Iran is saying there will be war, but not when. Israel is reasonably worried about a first strike from Iran if the timing is right.

Right now, I would rather see the US encouraging the Muslims who can laugh, than trying to calm down the crazy ones. Either our own government, or theirs, has to somehow restrain the violent ones. (Oh, I think Egypt has been a total failure.)

Islam is by any normal definition quite crazy. Muslims who refuse to tote
the party line are legally killed. Communism is a godless religion that
killed 100? million who refused to be good communists.
Doing nothing and giving into to it will result in the end of western civilization.
It is difficult to wage an actual war against a viral idea or meme.

The 4th option is to isolate the virus, and preferably try to contain it
where it originated from. Certainly you dont want to import more of
it.

Islam is as much a religion as Naziism was.
Killing your neighbor because he is an infidel,
and women for honor or adultery is inhuman.
Nobody in their right mind considers Naziism, the killing of
non Aryans and their enslavement a true religion. Everybody
acknowledges it to be a Pagan Death Cult.

People need to wake up now.
