Do you really think they would be able to round up Muslims like they did to the Japanese in WWII without a law stating they can?

Times have changed but the operations of war have not.

It will be for their own protection.....

I think MTV and the Ad Council must have seen all this coming.

Oh, I know, believe me I know, I am not a fan of the corporate dictatorship that is running the nation today, I know also that they are waiting for a good excuse to bring back the domestic terrorism bill

But at the same time, I will be one of the first to scream if Islamic fundamentalist will start destroying our cities in protest.

I guess we may have to wait and see.

Honestly....I think that would be dealt with by the citizens rather quickly. Especially if they try to hurt citizens because they are not Muslim. I have a loud friend with me every time I leave home and all his little friends can run faster than anyone threatening my health. Are you picking up what I'm laying down?

Seriously, I will not stand for someone to threaten mine or any member of my family's lives because we are not Muslim. Even more so; over a movie I did not create or support. They will be messing with the wrong bull if they pursue me. They will call down the wrath of NoSoup4U and I am serious about that. I want to live my life and be left alone. I would much rather help others than hurt them, but they had better not push me into a corner.

I have watched all this stuff going on the world for several years now. I pray without ceasing. I have faith in Jesus Christ and God the Father. I believe in the genuine American spirit of freedom. I believe in our citizens. I think most of our citizens are getting to the point of being fed-up with everything. I pray that the cooler heads prevail and people come to their senses before it passes the point of no return.

God Bless All!

Interesting as I thought I remembered this name: Chris Hedges

“Almost immediately after Judge Forrest ruled, the Obama administration challenged the decision,” writes Chris Hedges, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist that is listed as the lead plaintiff in the case. According to Hedges, the government called Judge Forrest’s most recent ruling an “extraordinary injunction of worldwide scope,” and Executive Branch attorneys worked into the weekend to find a way to file their stay.

It's odd how many people keep saying that it's The White House or Obama who wants NDAA. Are you serious? Has it not already become painfully obvious that TWS nor POTUS has any real sway in the agendas being put forth.

Personally I doubt that whoever is putting this together can actually pull it off given the vastness of US and the resourcefulness of it's citizens - this is not the middle east.

Yes, what is the emergency?

When you take all the recent events and look at them collectively it paints a clear picture. They are openly preparing for these coming attacks. They are conditioning the sheeple to rat on their neighbors and to not be alarmed when they see police locking people up left and right without trial...after all, those people are terrorists, right? Your neighbor! You were warned about these coming terrorist acts; remember? NDAA is for your protection. The government is here to protect you from those right wing extremists and Muslims.

This is a great idea. You should start a thread with all of the pertinent info in it. I'll be happy to send a card and flowers

King Barry needs to take a breather......all he is doing, at every turn, is pissing people off. Isn't he even mildly interested in this re-election thing or has he got other plans? Seems mighty unconcerned for a man about to face the wrath of unemployed and pissed off voters.

Of course he's not concerned. After four years as POTUS, he's guarenteed a Presidential retirement, a security detail, books and speaking engagements.

He's set for life.

It's nothing but a win-win for him.

I don't think he's even mildly concerned about the election... what with his buddies owning SCYTL and everything. You know... the company that will be counting votes. No need to be alarmed... after all, who would worry about a small thing like the inability to verify the votes after the fact? Yep... they've got it all worked out.

Clearly the answer is to elect Romney.

I'm sure he would never use the NDAA to detain an American Citizen!

Are you being serious? Romney says he supports the NDAA act. It was a republican bill after-all.
