I recommend you watch this entire video. In it, they mention the large amount of Israeli spies that were apprehended after 9/11 and then released and deported back to Israel without incident.

The incident, described by three former senior U.S. intelligence officials, might have been dismissed as just another cloak-and-dagger incident in the world of international espionage, except that the same thing had happened to the previous station chief in Israel.

It was a not-so-subtle reminder that, even in a country friendly to the United States, the CIA was itself being watched.

It is your type of blind criticism that actually does more harm to the Jewish community then people exposing a very small contingent of people who just happened to be Jewish having a part in the very evil act.

That's the same type of thinking that says a couple Muslims flew planes into the towers so all Muslims must be evil.

I'm not Jewish, but I know many people who are. I am close with a lot of Jewish people. I have a lot of friends who are Jewish. And many of them question the dubious actions of the Israeli regime, and are aware of their involvement in 9/11, as well. Or at least believe they had an involvement.

So for you to call people 'Jew haters' for pointing out this possibility that actually leans towards FACT, well that is incalculably ignorant.

Thanks for posting this. I listened to this interview twice yesterday because I thought the information presented by Pieczenik was very complex and interesting. I didn't know, for example, that Israel has basically been considered a huge liability since the late 1960s or so, when Israel's role as Cold War gate keeper in the east for America had become defunct. One gets the sense in listening to this interview that Israel is even more isolated than ever and that the US military has had enough. This is such great news to me, as I and nearly everyone I know have had enough of Israel ever since 9/11.

It's shocking that Bibi came to America yesterday and pressured the media and the government to support his war profiteering and insane war mongering. To do this in an election year, to pressure the Obama administration so blatently, is really rather overtly repulsive, and I think that many Americans are outraged that we are supposed to be expected to do whatever crazy Bibi demands simply because the cowed media supports him.

Pieczenik made me credit the idea that perhaps Hilary Clinton has managed to keep more of a lid on Middle East tensions that I had assumed. It seems that the guest supports Obama and Clinton's foreign policy, whereas I do not. I am much more of a Paul supporter and believe we should have simply withdrawn years ago from the Middle East.

Especially interesting was the role that Chris Stevens played in the neocons' minds as an Arabist, apparently a very dirty and evil thing in the neocon world. Apparently if you understand the language and culture and are considered somewhat sensitive to the historical complexities of the Middle East, you are to be taken out as a dirty Arab scum sympathizer. And to be an Arabist and to have this level of understanding is, according to Pieczenik , something of a grand old American Presbyterian tradition of promoting religious tolerance. Pieczenik did not mention, as others in the media have, that Stevens was homosexual and that this may have played a role in his treatment at the hands of his assassins. He took the high ground and pointed instead to his competence and intelligence and his vital role in peacemaking in the Middle East.

Unfortunately you could almost hear the sweating bullets falling from Alex during this interview. Although I could have listened to Pieczenik for a full two hours, he's that interesting and subtle, Alex probably couldn't get off the phone soon enough. "You're Jewish, right?" he takes pains to say. And to paraphrase: "Wow. I had NO IDEA the conversation would go in that direction. NONE whatsoever."

It must have been a relief to get blustery Webster Tarpley on, who blamed the assassination of Stevens on the "Mormon Mafia," a wholly different (and much safer and perhaps more ludicrous) track.

Despite the fear still prevalent in the media about matters related to honest reporting about Israel, the writing is clearly on the wall. America has had enough of Israel and of her dirty wars. We are tired of paying for and fighting Israel's wars, and most of all, we're tired of seeing our service men and women die for Israel's senseless wars. And now we know that Mittens Romney is completely in the hands of the neocons, that he has been taken over by the same gang that brought us 9/11 and the TSA etc. So, I am absolutely clear that I will not vote for Romney, even though I think Obama has been, by and large, a miserable and ridiculous failure.

Most interesting fact from Pieczenik: Israel has never really won any of the recent battles she has fought. This is all propaganda. And if Israel is so foolish as to launch an attack on Iran around Yom Kippur (September 25), as Pieczenik predicts, then Israel's mothers must be prepared to lose many of their sons to Israel's newest round of evil, absolutely amoral, senseless carnage.

The biggest reason I feel Dr. Steve Pieczenik may be credible is the fact that under the Carter administration he was part of the Camp David accord and working towards the peace treaty that was signed by Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin and Egyptian President Anwat El Sadat.

The biggest reason I find him most suspicious is because of his background in psychological operations and working in the spy game. I am weighing each accordingly. The sheer amount of information he brings forth deserves consideration, but I do not know if what he is saying is true or not.
