University of Texas Orders Campus Evacuation After Bomb Threat

Rhonda Weldon, a spokeswoman, said the university had received a phone call at 8:35 a.m. from a man she described as having a “Middle Eastern accent.”

Ms. Weldon said that the man had claimed “to have placed bombs all over campus.
