I'm wondering, who has the most?

I have seen a bunch of people in the 100k but who has the record?

Go the members list. Organize the list by post number. That should give you the results you seek.

I never got the ATS points, don't really care.

You get points by posting, or getting replies in a topic that you posted.
You can also lose points by swearing, or showing any signs of hatred towards mods/super mods/admn.

You can spend them in the ATS store (go to the member center, then in the right window there is a button on the top labeled "ATS store") where you can purchase a different text color, background, cutsie little phrases underneath your name, a pass to the really top secret forum (which I have, it's not really secret: just away from search engine spiders and other prying eyes) or a pass to the mud pit forum.

You can also de-censortize things so you don't to see stars in the middle of swear words, and you can also buy a personal email address that ends in "@abovetopsecret.com".

Other purchases include turning on the low-bandwith mode for those dial up peeps, you can increase your upload quota, U2U quota, and a background image.

The necessities you should save up for are, in this order:

Custom mini-profile background color [250]
Custom mini-profile text color [150]
Really above top secret forum pass (you don't want to miss out on anything, now, do you?) [3500]
Turn off censors [1000]
Custom title, first line [500]
Custom title, second line [750]
Purchase web e-mail account [15000]

Anything else you want should go after this, because it doesn't really matter, unless you need the low-bandwith mode turned on, this list is basically everything organized based on it's level of coolness
