Note from trapped workers surfaces 10 years after 9/11

The NY City Medical Examiners Office recently identified a blood smear on a note found at the
World Trade Center on September 11 2001 as belong to Randy Scott of Euro Brokers. Scott and his
co workers at Euro Brokers financial firm were trapped on the 84 th floor by the impact of United 175.

The note was found on the street and passed to the National September 11 Memorial & Museum which contacted the Medical Examiners Office who analyzed the blood stain and identified it as belong to
Randy Scott. The Medical Examiner's office notified Scott's family of the find.

The note contained 7 words: 84th floor, West Office, 12 people trapped.

This thread just makes me sad. It reminds me completely of that horrible day 11 years ago... I couldn't even begin to imagine the terror that befell those poor souls.

It was given to a Fed guard who turned it into the Federal Reserve before it even made it to the 9/11 museum... anyway, I can't imagine the pain this must have brought back for the family.

where did they get a copy of that mans DNA?

how were they able to completely and positively ID him?

do they have a database of all americans blood and dna records?

I'm sure they could have had a great jump on figuring out who may have worked in that location by the description given in the note then asked surviving family members of those who did work in that and nearby locations for DNA for comparison.

It is a stark reminder of that days tragic events.

In days after 9/11 asked fanilies to bring in personal effects (hairbrush/toothbrush) of missing to extract
DNA from to do matches for any remains recovered

Or could match it to relatives (children, siblings, parents)

Although I am not from the US, I think a lot of the people who died that day. And not only these days in September.
The courage, the horror and the unjust.
They will not be forgotten: the victims, but also Bush, his dark friends and the Silverstein gang.

I got a feeling the truth will come out, sooner then we think.
Public opinion is changing, many unanswered questions...
I have theories of what happened that day, so have 1500 architects and engineers. Maybe we are wrong but somebody has to come with answers.

Tonight I will light a candle for the victims.
Deny ignorance.
