Is this the best ufo vid?

I dont know if this has been shown on ATS before?

I took this vid apart frame by frame and looked closely at the begining where the planes and the saucer first appear out of the sunlight. I cant see any indication that the saucer was added in to the clip. My guess would be that if its fake then the planes are probably also fake.

There's no info on the youtube page and comments have been dissabled too.

Any plane experts on ATS? What kind of planes are they, who owns them etc..

looks like a cgi has been used to make this one. In other words its a fake!

Totally fake imo. And those are F-14s (Which were retired in 2006). That much alone pretty much makes an already obvious fake, impossible.

i thought, and still think, this one might be the real thing. but i could be wrong.

Me too. Its too easy to just declare that its cgi..

If posting that its cgi could people please offer their evidence for this.

This video was originally uploaded to YouTube by member DISCL0SUR3 on August 15, 2011. Unfortunately, this member has a history of uploading fake UFO video's so I think we must assume it is CGI.

Have you never allowed your arm to lower itself while holding a camera? I fail to see how that reflects on the authenticity of the video.

Very intersting read but not REAL proof of fakery. I recently watched a lecture on video forensics (phorensics?) and the first thing that was made clear is how difficult it is to prove fakery. Indeed they suggested the only real way was to take a staight line through a frame and look at the pixel values because of the way camera's interpolate. Though I have great respect for pinks effort I saw no mention of using this method.

Why so defensive? All I'm saying is we don't have context. We don't know that the person holding the camera was resting their arm. All I saw was they were filming the ground. Evidence can only be taken from what is there, not what is assumed!

You can't do this sort of thing with Photoshop. Now maya, match mover, and adobe after effects, yes.

The aircrafts move from the right of the screen and dissapear into the left, then the camera pans down as the person runs forward into the road. Then the camera pans up into the sky towards the right where you see the aircrafts once again in the distance flying off into the horizon towards the left once more. In my opinion this is fake because it seems too quick of an amount of time for the aircrafts to make a full around circle, as well as the audio doesnt sound as if the planes are going around the camera. Just my opinion.

id have to say cgi too, even with filtering etc, if the work was done well enough it would still blend in.
