Is anyone else having trouble accessing RT.com I can't get on unless I am using TOR?

Edit: I am using Centurylink aka Qwest.

I *am* able to access without any proxies from my desktop at work.

Wonder if this is something ISP-specific? Not sure who they use here.

I can't access it :O

I get a similar Unix board site thingy;
Popular Categories:

Unix Tutorial
UNIX Certifications
Software Development

et c.

I live in Australia and my ISP is TPG.

So something to do with their web provider I'd say.
