Steven Greer's "disclosure" about Armstrong's last words on the moon landing

Was browsing the interwebs today, and Steven Greer's name popped up, yet again. We all know Steven Greer as the figurehead for the alien disclosure movement. He is also, by the opinion of many, a money hungry disinformationist who uses peoples donations for things like expeditions in search of ufos for a hefty fee. He also has told others that he has examined an alien - to which no evidence has ever been brought forth to date. In this press release he describes meeting Neil Armstrong as well as other astronauts at the start of his disclosure movement, and parlays what are supposed to be Neil Armstrong's final statements about what was encountered by him and fellow astronauts after the moon landing in 1969.

Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, passed away this weekend at age 82. Many have asked if Armstrong took with him the secrets of what really happened during the famed 1969 Lunar Landing. Well, yes- and no. Over the years, I have gotten to know a number of astronauts- and very close family members and friends of astronauts. As you may recall, my uncle was the senior project engineer for Grumman (now Northrop Grumman) that built the Lunar Module, that landed on the moon in July of 1969. The truth of that historic event has never been told. We did go to the moon- but the events that transpired were kept secret and officially remain secret to this day.

Well it happened. Close friends and very close family members of both Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin have separately told me that indeed there were numerous, large UFOs around the crater where the Lunar Module landed and that these were seen by both Armstrong and Aldrin. I have also spoken to military officers that have seen the footage of this event- but it has never been made public. One close family member of Buzz Aldrin told me “It is not my place to out Buzz on this- someday if he can speak about it, he will…”

He goes on to further state the peril of making known the true punishment for Neil Armstrong if such truth were to ever be disclosed.

Neil Armstrong became somewhat of a recluse after the moon landing, and rarely spoke of the historic event. His friends and family have told me that this is because he was a man of such integrity that he simply did not want to be put in a position to lie to the public about such a momentous encounter. How tragic that our heroes have been placed in this untenable situation! When we were organizing The Disclosure Project a few years ago, I asked one of Neil Armstrong’s friends if Armstrong would come to Washington to brief members of Congress at the 1997 Congressional briefing we organized in April of that year. I was told that Armstrong wished he could –but that if he spoke about what really happened during the moon landing, that Neil Armstrong, his wife, and children would all be killed. It was put to me this bluntly.

So, is it just me, or is Steven Greer using the unfortunate death of Neil Armstrong to yet again, further his agenda? In my opinion this man has not a shred of credibility for any of his bizarre claims, and is indeed someone that uses peoples contributions only to make himself money. It definitely seems to me that he is using Neil Armstrong's death as a means to garner credibility for his disclosure movement and as a means to pull more money into his pocket.

Of course Greer is using the fact that Armstong has died, to further his money grubbing agenda...It's not like Armstrong is around to deny anything that flies out of Greer's pie hole.....is he.....

Good point. To me, I think it's ridiculous and distasteful to use a mans death as a way to further an agenda. Greer has made some absurd claims and this is just a way to re-establish legitimacy to his disclosure movement in my eyes. I know I would not pay $3,000 to poke around in the woods looking for "invisible ufos."

Yet more lies out of the mouth of "Dr" Steven Grease-ball, such a low form of scum that he uses an international hero's death for his own money grabbing exploits.

Any who would dispute Greer's claims would of course be dismissed by Greer as not one of his sources for this info.

Nice job, Rubicant13. On target point, well-written statement and relevant source material. Greer hurts all of us who love ufology by his disregard for truth.

We are told there are aliens by people with no other explanation for whatever they seek.
The group that started saying aliens did anything has to be wrong.
Thus those going along with aliens anything must be wrong as well.

Of course people have their own agenda.. but it doesnt take a genius to understand that you probably only have a small portion of the TRUE story of what took place on the moon (& what lives there).

I will be honest. I would not doubt it in the least blackmetalmist. Steven Greer has a way of using other people's material or in this case, death, for his own benefit.

I was unaware of this thread being a discussion on my beliefs of what may or may not be regarding the moon, but Greer's bad habit of putting words in other people's mouths. BTW, my personal thoughts on the moon would probably put me in the bat-poop crazy category.
