I'd have to agree with Shadow, that's not a reciever but a vest. White House wouldn't say whether or not a president was wearing a vest, because if they confirmed his chest was protected an assasin would just concentrate on the head.

You all have it completely wrong. The box is actually a remote control receiver. The GWB in the debates is actually a remote-controlled Bush debato-bot. The REAL Bush is relaxing on the ranch while ROBOBUSH wins the election.

Here's an article about the bulge on salon.com They got this NASA photo analyst to analyze a couple images from each debate, each showed that Bush had a 'bulge' in his 'poorly talered jacket'.

I think the MC of the NWO has to be wired to be fed information to by the powers that be out there. The man has no brain of his own.
