The truth must be as pure as a diamond.

The truth is that the diamond sees all the refractions of light that it emits. The diamond is the seer and knower of the images it produces. The light that is emitted is a great place to play, it is the play of Leela or Maya. But it can get scary, turn around and head back home to the diamond and the play can be watched in peace.

This exiled creature (that you are) is not a creature - it is the seer and knower of creatures. It sees the images and forgets about what is seeing the images.
The one 'seeing' is the truth.

What is truth?

I would like to say that truth exists outside of us, for all to see. Unfortunately, humans can be stubborn, and so the actual pinning down of what a truth is is more complicated. Society plays host to two types of truths; subjective truth and objective truth. Subjective truth is given to us through our individual experiences in relation to those around us: in short, it’s the truths we have been raised with. Objective truth is discovered by a search which is critical of our experiences until sufficient evidence has been gathered. The subjective truth is not always in opposition to the objective truth, but it does depend on the subject valuing their worldview more than others.

Words are seen to be just appearances appearing, the seer of the appearance is the truth.

I've often seen it connected in a similar way; Like the myth of dragons in the heart of man, a dragon which breathes fire (false words), but lies on the wealth of the world inside.

When the carbon we control changes to diamond, the dragon disappears.

Is love not the ultimate form of truth? Is that truly not what we all yearn for? Is the journey not through the forest of lies en route to the castle of truth in order to meet with our true love? For when one feels eternal love (truth) does he need more? So what are lies but small islands in a grand sea of Truth (Love)?

Love then, I see as the conquerer of truth and lie, for in folly we profess both (using words) in our attempts to feel its warm embrace. Only Love (truth) in the clouded mind is never known in its true nature.
