My avatar represents my love for Astronomy, the Universe, physics and nature.

mine represents my lack of interest in anything and also my extreme laziness.

Mine represents the want to be as anonymous as possible.

My avatar means (to me) the cherishing of illumination, epiphanies, inventions - I feel it has a hidden meaning, that the same things that can protect us and secure us, also can imprison us.

What a pitty.

I use sideshow bob as my avatar, because "Sideshow James" is the nickname my coworkers and friends have been calling me for years now..

Partly because I have dreadlocks..

My avatar represents Batman.

I change avatars a LOT. I've got dozens. It's more of a mood thing for me. Like picking out a T-shirt to wear. Some days I'm all about the white Old Navy, passive and socially acceptable T... some days I feel like throwing on a black shirt with antagonistic or outright insulting messages on the front.

Then there are the days when I put on my Guinness T and drink the nectar of the gods.

That reminds me... I need a Guinness avatar......

I think mine represents that I am a thinker. I think too much, also it being an MC Escher artwork represents my love of things outside the norm. Basically, I think about wierd things alot, or at least things that are not as normal to others.

My avatar represents the power of searching within instead of without. It also represents what we're capable of, and what I hope to see happen when the underdogs finally decide enough is enough.

I noticed after taking the picture that you can see tower blocks reflected in the glasses, I thought that was pretty cool. I've had way too many avatars to be honest I'm gonna try and keep this one

Hmm, that looks like Super Sayain Goku to me or is that Gohan? Its been so long.

My latest one represents my feeling that this is all a big joke so i'd might as well treat it like one.

What better way then to represent a stoner.

It is also my persona in the offline world for the past 7-8 years...dude...

My avatar is the image of another woman; and I choose it because I looked almost exactly like the picture when I was younger.

To me the photo represents hope and fortitude.

My avatar used to represent my handle, it was a picture of rocks, and I still wear rocks now and then, but I change mine frequently according to mood etc. I have a wide variety of things, different women, and a cat. Some of them creep me out if I wear them more than a day.
