I have long maintained the opinion that Fox is the most erect news network. I seem to be right.

Did anyone read what he said? There's no way you could seduce a woman with lines like that. I hope she told him where to shove his loofah.

I watched O'Reilly for a little while last night (in fairness, he has the best music) and he did seem unusually subdued, almost neocon right wing instead of his usual frothing hitlerite rightwing nutjob stance.

I always took it in the joking manner it was meant in. I am one of two guys in the lab the rest are women and I guess if I told on them they would get fired. I have worked there for about 10 years and they are a sweet bunch, while I have been off work for my apendix they have sent my family several hundred dollars they collected along with a nice card. I have walked more than one to their car because of boyfriend trouble and we all try to be there for each other. A little joking around at work never killed anyone. We do respect each other, lighten up a little.

Oh Amuk, I was just being silly, I bet you are the funniest person to work with and I bet you are quite the old fashion the gentleman, I know, Like some spice comment ones in a while as long as we all have a good laugh about it, and yes I have been harassed more than one time, with the typical "Spanish are hot women thing" but I learn to take it light and just brushed off with educated comments. My husband had a lady at work old that enough to be his mother and when my husband made the comment to her she said that the "feelings were different" he was the joke of the section because the lady was always around, that was before my husband retire from the service, she retired from civil work one year later. I still bother him with that.

Oreily has to take Viagra just to have enough to hold so he can pee in the morning, so I'm suprised he's in a sex lawsuit! I'm still convinced he's gay, in that conservative-must-fight-the-evil-urge-or-lose-my-hateful-base-typ-of-way.
I always thought of him as masturbating to his own picture.

I'm almost completely through the records. O'Reilly admitted to having a vibrator "shaped like a cock with a battery in it" that he was using whilst very obviously "self pleasuring" himself as he was on the phone to the plaintiff.

I found the Al Franken page to be the most interesting.

Death threats! :-O

Oh, I guess the "hot caribean nights" and the " hot caribean women" is just to hot to handle, whao I can believe it. What is the thing about Hot caribean nights? they are humid, musty, nasty and you just get to lazy and sleepy to do anything, (unless you got an airconditioner) I don't get it the caribean is to Hot.

"Fox produced an e-mail Mackris sent to a friend last month, saying things are "wonderful, amazing, fun, creative, invigorating, secure, well-managed, challenging, interesting fun and surrounded by really good, fun people. I'm home and I'll never leave again.""

What a bunch of crap. Innocent until proven guilty is only reserved for people everyone likes, I guess. I don't believe it. I think if he said anything "dirty" to her, it was in a joking context, but I don't even believe it anyway. He's a good target for getting some money. Just came back from working for CNN. I think it's very possible she's pulling something. But that aside, it's just wrong to assume that he's guilty.

As for sexual harrassment, it's case by case. I've worked graveyard shift with all former military males and it was a tough shift, pretty fast and loose. Some might have taken their "joking" as harrassment in that it could create an uncomfortable work atmosphere for them. I didn't because I have the same sense of humor, so we all got along. If it went over the line, I shut it down quick and tight, no problem. The premise is that this woman "endured" 3 sexually inappropriate phone calls from him. Easy enough to hang up. They're in the type of business that she could have shut him down fairly easily. After all, if Fox ignored her she could call her former co-workers at CNN who would be glad to publicize it for her. I think it's BS.

The woman claims that O'Reilly had phone sex with her 3 times without her consent. Now how in the hell is that possible? She was able to hang up the damn phone, it is'nt rocket science. Something is wrong there. You cannot have phone sex, and be forced to give in. You can always hang up the phone.

"Mackris never complained to anyone at FOX about untoward behavior by O'Reilly, Green said. When she returned to FOX earlier this year, O'Reilly agreed to match her salary at CNN, the network said."

So apperantly this is bizzare. She does not complain, which she should've after the first call. It is impossible to be forced into phone sex.

"FOX produced an e-mail Mackris sent to a friend last month, saying things are "wonderful, amazing, fun, creative, invigorating, secure, well-managed, challenging, interesting fun and surrounded by really good, fun people. I'm home and I'll never leave again."

So this is a very bizzare case. I want those tapes to be played publicly on live god damn tv on every news station uncensored. If such tapes exist.

Bush and Cheney are "watching them" and apparantly Al Fraken will be sorry he ever took on FOX...

Death threats doesn't surprise me, Bush family has a history of leaving dead guys behind... Once you get to the top it's a paranoid world and the leader's of the not so free country will make sure things go their way, but make sure everything appears to be "fair and balanced"

You don't have to personally know a television pundit to know their personality. He's been on for what, eight years now, 200+ shows a year. I used to watch his show quite regularly until his ego took hold of it. If you read the document the threats he supposedly made, like I said, I could completely envision coming out of his mouth. People that do personally know him may be questioning if he did or didn't do anything. Only two people really know what happened.

I imagine there's some middle ground to this. He probably didn't harass her at every opportunity like she has seemingly claimed here. I'm sure she embellished it a lot. But it's definitely not out of the realm of possibility that he made the occaisional unwanted lewd comment.

I also think the bit about Al Franken was thrown in just to get him that much more interested. She needs some kind of media voice behind her. That was a good play by her lawyer.

I so totally love the timing - 3 weeks before the election one of the the key high profile Republican party supporters is accused of being a total pervert. What does this mean in real terms? For the next few weeks nobody will be able to watch his show without thinking did he really do these things? As these things didn't exactly happen last week it is rather surprising that the "demure" Miss Andrea Mackris couldn't wait till after the elections to bring these "charges" against O'Reilly.

Honestly the democrats are really the slime of the earth. Last night Kerry drags in the Cheney's daughter, Edward's wife says they are ashamed of her. There is no shame to being gay, but its not exactly a prize either . "Oh have you met the Bush twins they are heterosexual" . And then the Democratic campaign poster making slurring remarks against the intellectually challenged.

There is NO way that anyone could convince me to vote for any democrat ever.

I'm beginning to think its bogus. She wants 60 million as hush hush money. Usually its the guilty who are paying the accuser, here its the other way around. Explain to me how she lets him have phone sex with her 3 times, and she does'nt hang up during any?

If there are any tapes of the calls, they must be broadcasted.

But that's just it... they gain nothing because he's not a Republican. He even said he hasn't made up his mind yet, and is a Libertarian anyway. I see people all the time saying he's Right, but then others accuse him of being Left. When I watch, I see him going after both equally. Sometimes I agree with him and sometimes I absolutely don't. I don't think his "scandal" can be counted among the Republican smear casualties, but I do think it might be a bid for money.

And I don't care how much phone sex may or may not happen between people, there's no way it's worth $60 million! That's a load of crap.

This is total BS

If he is a Libatarian why has he called us a bunch of dope smoking hippies (I believe those were his exact words) and refused to allow even the MENTION of the Libertarian party on his show?

I've heard him mention the Libertarian party plenty of times. And not all libertarians are pro-dope. He's said he doesn't want it legalized because, like beer and cigarettes, it will make it's way down to kids much more easily. I know quite a few Libertarians and I'd say most of them don't support drug legalization. The two don't go hand in hand.

Who are foolin ???

I remember specifically O'reilly wasn't going to allow a Liberarian muslim supporter mention Badnarik's name, the libertarian name, anything that had anything to do with Libertarian's was DENIED!

When it came time to talk about Badnarik, O'reilly quickly shut him up, and kept saying " I don't care who you vote for" He would not let Him get Badnarik's name out, the orginal guy who was supposed to go on there and talk about Badnarik didn't because of this reason, he thought it was bull #, and it was, and it is.

O'reilly claims to not be in "anybody's tent" (his words) he claims to be an independant, but he's NOT.

FAR FROM, He is a lion is sheep's clothing, he's a liar, a HUGE , FAT, HYPOCRITCAL LIAR.

O'reilly claims to be alot of things.... He just won't admit what he really is...

The ONLY time I have heard him mention the Libertarians was to call us dope smoking hippies.

Why would a Libertarian REFUSE to allow the Libertarian Candidate for president on his show?

First you say he hasnt made up his mind then you say he is a Libertarian which is it?

You say you know several Libertarians well I am a member of the party and talk to the party leaders on a regular basis and trust me Oreilly is NOT a Libertarian.

We may not know, since the woman wants 60 million for O'Reilly not to go to court with this. She played him, this is "Disclosure" all over again.
