-Keeping delegates and establishment leadership on the bus to shove new rules into the party platform?
-Pissing off GOP establishment and minority voters?
-Getting caught scripting parliamentary procedure only to get exactly what they planned when the voting body clearly disagreed?

This news report explains itself, Romney got Paul Ryan to pull the GOP voting body behind him yet he allows this type of disgusting behavior to screw any honest member left in the party?

The question is, does Romney even want to win in November? Doesn't seem like it...

I will admit many of the GOP weren't exactly in love with all of Ron Paul's policies but they sure appreciated the DEBATE he brought to the primaries with his original yet FRESH ideals. Well, too bad, this can never happen again because the new Romney/GOP hivemind has made it impossible for any grassroots movement to come up and challenge the establishment candidate and narrative again. All we get now are exactly what the leadership and mainstream media WANT us to have. All of you Romney supporters (yes I'm talking to all 5 of you) this is your future and you gladly accept it.

Congratulations

Nice video, here is a related story and reaction:

Just for fun, here is the Louisiana Ron Paul delegate who is also a SENIOR CITIZEN, having his prosthetic hip BROKEN by private security after the GOP could no longer handle the INTELLECTUAL PARLIAMENTARY BEATING they took from Ron Paul supporters being fringe and extreme by following the GOP's own rules.

And by the way, I personally talked to another senior citizen (80) Ron Paul delegate from Louisiana who was ARRESTED for no reason. He came outside because he was refused credentials, something the RNC seemed to love doing to only Ron Paul supporters.

The old man came outside and gave us a pep talk right after we had a prayer for Ron Paul in downtown Tampa Bay's Gaslight Park, where we invited the state troopers, police, and sheriff (who were composed half of military vets) to pray with us. Yes, they in fact did pray with us, some others were recording our event with their camera phones. They also thanked us, the Ron Paul supporters for being easy on them for not causing trouble and being a breeze to work with. So much for those crazy, nutty, fringe, extreme Ron Paul supporters.

I just do not see these people going to the extreme and starting anything like a civil war, they are no closer to creating the change they wish to see, they are not doing anything but creating distance and a void of empathy from those they sought to gain attention from, at least at the RNC.

Now who knows why their plight has not caught fire on the internet save a few of us trying to get the attention for them because their statement is after all righteous.

So how is it done? When you have to be civil, to comply with the very system that needs a kick in the butt to provoke change?

Violence does not do it, compromising is as close to defeat as it gets, and so how do we do this?

we are winning the intellectual war, we are winning hearts and minds, after coming back from Tampa, I have no doubt in my mind we are winning. We may not have won this election but we are the future.

The anti-establishment and even some establishment republicans are not happy with this new power grab, THIS proves we are winning. The GOP is destroying itself and the only thing that will be left will be us.

@ 1:05, that guy looks like he grabbed his junk

I'm surprised to see the convention come down on the Ron Paul supporters. If the Republicans are going to have any chance to win, they need to have the WHOLE right wing on their side.

There is going to be an extrodinary amount of write-in votes.

Had to open a new window and close about 25, lol, anyway I cannot express how I feel about this injustice against the American people. Our Liberty has never been at such a cross roads, no past no future only this moment can make change and our voices have been made an example of. This reminds me of the same energy I felt during 911.

Did you win a seat at the National convention or did you go to support our team?

Not only Ron Paul supporters, tea partiers, Santorum/Gingrich/Palin/Bachmann, etc...were P.O.'d with these new rules. For example, over 100 of Texas' delegation revolted against this new rule while Ron Paul supporters only comprised of 20 delegates from Texas.

We are no longer the minority, the blatant corrupt acts of the Romney/RNC hive mind have turned a bunch of minorities to each other to come together for single issues.

BAD MOVE. Very bad move...

I went to the Ron Paul rally, which was pretty amazing, 10k there, packed the sundome Ron Paul got a 2 minute standing ovation. I also participated in a national flag sewing project where people from all over the country knitted squares to be knitted into one large American flag to gift to Ron and Carol, they were very excited to receive the gift as one of my friends girlfriends, who organized the project and is also military, delivered the flag. I wasn't a delegate but participated in a lot of what went down these past few days. I just got back to L.A. and I'm ready to rock the GOP. They really have no idea what they've done to themselves.

Sooner or later its going to be an entire grassroots taking over the entire GOP apparatus and the leadership won't be able to do anything but leave.

All of this crap they've pulled starting in Iowa and ending today is proof of one thing...

They Are Scared Of Us!

And they are so scared...and stupid, they chanced civil war within the party...and GOT IT!

They would rather have this facade of party unity than debate the issues which by the way...isn't that what a convention is supposed to be about?

Naaa...just an $18,000,000 infomercial full of lies!

Do you have any examples of that having been done successfully in other countries? I think we are doing the best we can at present without the tragic violence I see other countries try which never end well.

This seriously matches the legal definition of fraud and conspiracy. There is collusion so entrenched in our government they have hijacked the legal process in which we elect our representatives. This is a direct assault on our government, it is what is spoken of in our Constitution about defending America from threats both internal and external. The GOP at least has shown they are a part of this network of global elitist bent on fundamentally opposed to honest elections.

There ought to be an immediate inquiry into this convention. Where are the law enforcement agencies? Or have the GOP appointed all their people to the tops of these organizations?

I wish you were there too, it was simply amazing! Ashley Ryan, of Maine, whom is a RP supporter and the youngest RNC committeewoman at 21 spoke and she was very inspiring.

I definitely will someday but It's been busy, just getting back and just hearing Ron is coming to Los Angeles on Tuesday for a Jay Leno taping so I'm planning that and we're getting ready for a takeover.

One thing I will say though, is the national Ron Paul delegates are all class acts. They were genuinely worried about making decisions without consulting the grassroots and voting bodies that elected them to their national delegate position. All of the delegates conducted a joint press conference where they listed all of their grievances to not only them but all of the hard working people that elected them and suffered/sacrificed throughout the process.

From broken bones, to unwarranted arrests, to physical assault, fraudulent conventions, unwarranted charges pressed against our people, we move forward and we do it strong. To all of those people that laugh at us for losing the nomination, it was never fully about the nomination, there was always a plan to continue after the 2012 elections and thats why it says on the back of my Ron Paul rally t-shirt, WE ARE THE FUTURE.

Hey man, good work and I hope you enjoyed it. Wish I could have been there.

And yes, Ashley Ryan is an amazing young woman and delivered a brilliant speech. When I see people like her being elected into positions, it gives me hope for this party.

So, what do you think? Rand in 2016?

My question to the Ron Paul delegates at the convention. You were all clearly disrespected and ignored...why didn't you stage more of a protest than you did???

Why just take it lying down and let them get away with it???

No one will really know about what they did to Ron Paul delegates...because the Ron Paul delegates didn't do anything to bring it to the national media's attention. You can't just expect them to cover it because it happened...you have to make them cover it whether they want to or not.

What could you have done you ask??? You could have vocally shown your disapproval during Romney's speech...you could have marched on the stage and refused to leave...you could have done a lot of things...but all I saw is that you guys were quiet when they told you to be quiet, you put your signs away when they told you to put the signs away, and you sat in the back where they told you to sit.

Cameras were everywhere...and you passed up the opportunity to be heard.
