What if Pope Benedict is the Last Pope and is the Anti-Christ?

We seek refuge in God, the One, In Him do we put our Trust. Amen.

I have reason to believe that the current Pope is the Last in the Papacy Seat, and that Babylon will soon fall and that True Religion will Prevail and the Believers will be Victorious.

According to the vision of St. Malachy, who named the last 111 Pope to rule the Roman Catholic Church, 111 th will be the Glory of the Olives, and that the last one 112th Pope will lead the Faithful believers.

I want to focus on the two Popes who came before Pope Benedict XVI,

John Paul I (1978) referred to as From the Midst of the Moon, whose inclination to Islam caused him to be assasinated after only a month in the Papal Seat.

John Paul II, From the labor of the sun (1978–2005), who was also accused of being anti-pope for kissing the Holy Qur'an in Public..

I believe that the Pope is leaning towards Islam near the end of his term and beginning to accept the Islamic view of Jesus Christ as a man and not as a God.

Now, as for the Pope Benedict XVI, Glory of the Olives. Why I believe that he is the anti-Christ, is because the Olive refers to Jesus and if I am right, in this term of the 111th Pope Jesus will be revealed and is in fact the 112th Pope seen by Prophet Malachy in his vision who leads his sheep towards the Tribulation and finally to Victory, it is in his reign that Babylon will be destroyed.

"In the extreme persecution of the Holy Roman Church, there will sit [i.e., as bishop]. Peter the Roman, who will pasture his sheep in many tribulations: and when these things are finished, the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the terrible judge will judge his people. The End."

There is a claim that the original list written by St. Malachy does not contain a reference to Petrus Romanus and that the last lines were added to the printed text in Wyon's Lignum Vitæ. This, however, cannot be proved, as the original manuscript (if any) probably no longer exists. (wiki)

In Islam, Jesus is believed to return to preach his true Gospel which has been corrupted and bring the rest of the Christians and Jews who believed in him to the True Religion, and that he will be victorious against the anti-Christ.

If someone can prove that Islam is the anti-Christ and Babylon sitting on the whore surrounded by seven hills, then my claim is unfounded.

One more thing is than after XVI is the number 17, XVII, whose anagram VIXI means, I lived ( Meaning I'm the Ressurected or I'm dead)

Seems unlikely, the anti-Christ is suppose to be a political type leader and nobody looks to Rome anymore for political matters.

The anti-Christ does not come back alone, he is accompanied by the false prophet, that will testify to the anti-christ's godliness. I have always thought that the false prophet would be a Pope. Benedict is already pretty sick and old, I wouldn't count on lasting more than 5 years so the process better speed up if it's him!

You assertions about Islam are interesting. Perhaps the "false prophet" would testify to the glory of the Islamic republic (Iran) against Israel should that war actually happen? The Vatican has always been far more anti-Jew than they have been anti-Muslim... Interesting.

Why do a lot of conspiracy theorists believe that every new president is the "Anti-Christ" and every new Pope is the last Pope?

I'm sorry, I'm missing the whole thing about Pope B16 as the anti-Christ. He hasn't done much that looks anti-Christ-like to me yet. Besides, he's old and in very poor health. He doesn't wield the power that Popes have often had. It's almost as if his service is coming to a slow end, and the Vatican is working around him.

I was expecting a slightly more vigorous anti-Christ.

So what if he is or isn't? God tells us not to worry about such things. Do people want to know because they think if he is that's a sign of the end times? The end times will come only when HE is ready.When everything in HIS plan is in place there will be no guessing, no doubts as to who the enemies of God are- so why speculate?

the second coming will not happen until the temple is re built on the temple mount in jerusalem!

This also ties in well with Nostradamus, as he believed that in the not too distant future, that Italy would be occupied by an arabic/muslim army of sorts, and that the Pope would die or be murdered when he's outside Rome sometime, during or before WW3.

WW3 also ties in with Nostradamus' 3rd Antichrist, 'Mabus'. And also that an Anti-Pope would follow.

Hey, go read Revelations again. The anti-Christ isn't in there. The anti-Christ isn't a guy. The anti-Christ is a spirit. There's more than one. In fact there's lots of them. John says in his time several anti-Christs had already come. John defines an anti-Christ as anyone that denies Jesus is the Messiah.

There is no such thing as the anti christ. Or satan/lucifer. Jesus probably existed but not in the context your book claims

Well John would define you as an anti-Christ, and I'm pretty sure you exist. Unless you're a bot. Not like I'm trying to diss on you, but he basically defines every atheist as an anti-Christ. It's just the word they used for atheist basically.

That's Christians for you. Billions of anti-Christs on the planet and 2,000 years later they still can't find one.

OP - you're making the mistake of confusing "anti-Christ", who is simply anyone opposed to Christ (such as yourself,) and the Beast of the book of Revelation. They are not the same thing, and the description of the Beast does not jive with the description of the Pope
