You know the line has been well-crossed when even FOX News goes on the record to take down one of its own, much less their golden boy. But good for them and I give credit where due. Well done FOX. You are in good company today. The media today is rife with incensed reporters fuming over the raw audacity of Ryan's lies and they are not mincing words. The FOX article is maybe even the harshest. It will be very hard for the Right to pretend Ryan is not habitually lying now...they can't trot out the same "lame stream liberal media" crap, unless of course they think FOX is now a liberal voice.

Now if everyone would just demand that the rest of the media stop being an extension of the white house and take Obama to task on his constant lies and divisiveness. But alas, that will never happen.

No surprise. You don't become powerful in politics by being a honest upstanding individual. Those god fearing patriotic Republicans will stab you in the back just as fast as any politician from Chicago.

This cycle, I think it is fair to say the Right has cornered the market in outright lying though.

Are you kidding me? We have a dozen Democrat party networks constantly lying and running cover for anything that makes Obama look bad. how could you possibly think the right, with their one network, have the market cornered. you boggle my mind with this crap!

Seriously, Romney is running for president and he not only refuses to release tax returns, his wife pulls a "let them eat cake" and tells everyone to buzz off, then the "legit rape" comments, and the organ shuttting down follow up, to further distance the republican party from normal, thinking humans, and now they are lying so much that even their most ardent media support is calling them out?

See? Even this hack is lying. when did Romney say anything about legitimate rape? Oh, he didn't. You're just continuing to spread Democrat party media smears. You're trying to take the comment of one guy (that was reputed by the GOP) and trying to paint the whole group with a broad brush. Hmmm, that seems pretty ignorant and bigoted to me. I guess since OWS protesters were raping women, you're ready to call the entire group a bunch of woman hating monsters, right?

Jump ahead 4 years. We've get that debt cliff on the horizon, we've got a middle east that inches closer to all out chaos daily, Iran/Israel basically waiting for a bird fart to set them off and god knows what else coming our way. Only a complete moron would think that he could fix these problems so, anyone taking office now would be stuck riding it out and, potentially, being blamed for it. Obama takes plenty of blame for the mess he's currently in and it isn't all his fault.

WHAT? Obama and his media blame bush and Republicans for everything. Obama takes responsibility for nothing. Obama and Democrats have been in charge for a while now. At what point does anything become their fault in your pathetically partisan mind?

Mystery? Are you kidding? FOX knows as well as the rest of us that Palin is an idiot and reviled by most Americans. There was no way they were going to remind America of the terrible VP decision last time around.

Funny how we dont see that same hatred and anger towards Biden, who gets a total pass and cover from the Democrat party MSM.

Have to give you a star for that. A 100% accurate statement that I agree with fully. We all moan and groan about things but in the end do nothing about it.

Glad you're dealing with these "democratic supporters"...I don't have the energy to waste. We Wisconsonites are proud of our Wisconsin conservatives:Both Paul Ryan and Scott Walker.

Ryans speech was on topic;
and hopefully not complete hot air like the last administration. Ryan is a young heavyweight on the ticket. if Romney comes across half as powerful tonight. These dems will be whimpering in the corner; licking their "wounds"( electoral losses) come November. and I can begin to breathe again.
Keep up the good fight "pvt hudson" and its"GAME OVER MAAAAAN!"

No comments about Condoleeza Rice's or Governor Susannah Martinez's speeches last night?
Two self made strong "minority" women speaking at the RNC? (inconvenient isn't it?)

( lets see 3....2....1: "token(s)")right real spoke? No self-respecting "minorities" are conservative(?)

I'm sorry, you must not have been following the news when Atkin made the legitimate rape and subsequent organ shutdown comments.

As to the rest of your assumptions, you clearly don't know much about me and, yet, you think I am posting lies in an effort to bolster the democratic campaigns.

Had you read my posts, and thought about what I was saying, rather than assume the worst in me, you'd have realized that, when someone says "the only explanation is that they are throwing the election," they are saying that with regret.

I find both candidates to be less than capable individuals and, if I had the bankroll, I actually believe I could give these two buffoons a run for their money. In the end, however, I'd lose because a jew in the white house is something I cannot see happening any time in the near future.

Fox has all kinds of liberals on their shows, take Juan Williams for example. How else could they call themselves fair and balanced? They regularly have NPR's liberal Mara Liasson on their shows too.

And to be fair to Bill Maher, he even had a conservative sounding Republican on his show the other night, and my jaw dropped.

I'm sure there were many, many people who at the time said the same about African Americans. And they were proven wrong. I have a friend who's an ethnic Persian, American-born, and he said "after they elected a person with a name like Barack Obama, anything's possible.

let's be honest, there are far more people who feel that jews are (insert any number of complaints) than there are people who feel a black man can't run a country and the jewish population cannot be a deciding factor as they aren't large enough to counter the folks who wouldn't vote for a someone because he's jewish.

This is why they threw him under the bus.

Why are you speaking for Ryan...??
Here is what Ryan said.

“My home state voted for President Obama. When he talked about change, many people liked the sound of it, especially in Janesville, where we were about to lose a major factory,” Ryan said Wednesday.

“Right there at that plant, candidate Obama said: ‘I believe that if our government is there to support you ... this plant will be here for another hundred years.’ That's what he said in 2008.

Clearly, Ryan is talking about all of the people who put faith in Obama's words and applied that faith to the vote in 2008.

Interesting! And what was GOP's position with regards to what Obama wanted to do, and largely succeeded in doing?

Taxpayers pumped $49.5 billion into GM to save the company and hundreds of thousands of jobs around time Romney wrote a 2008 op-ed piece The New York Times titled "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt."

So let me see, Obama wants to help industry, Romney is against this help, Ryan blames Obama for not coming through with help. He doesn't blame Romney for being unwilling to help.

That's just a little too schizophrenic.

GM would have much healthier in the long run if they had just filed for traditional Bankruptcy. Romney was right. The Govt. bailout did not cure GM of their bad habits...a structured re org. would have.... That's the difference between a community organizer and businessman. Govt. involvement ensures mediocrity at best and waste and inefficiencies at the least..

Compare to GM to Ford ( a company who refused bailouts) Look at GM's recent decision to sponsor Manchester united to the tune of a $600 million contract. All for a European team when they still owe the govt. Bilions....

Ryan just pointed out Obama's failed campaign promises to the people in this particular town. Promises made strictly to win their vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The auto bailout only bailed out the UNIONS and failed on every other front.... Look it up

You must not watch Maher very often because he has far more republicans on his show than liberals appear on FOX.

that technique is tired and pointless.

when was the last time any president kept his promises? Obama's biggest failing, in my opinion, is that he promised more and, having not kept any promises, he comes across as a bigger bust than other presidents who, also, never followed up their talk with any action.

He is heavy. As you can see from this thread, he's pregnant with lies. We have a person who effectively sides with Akin on rape,
Ryan on abortion exceptions: Rape is just another ‘method of conception’

who complains about government didn't do enough to save Detroit while complaining about the size and outreach of the government.

He voted against a measure that would prevent foreign arms transfers to China, and votes yes for permanent normal trade relations with China. For those who don't know, this is the same China who is the rising superpower eager to assert their world domination, and the same nation who vastly profited from "normal" trade relations with the United States, to sheer detriment of the latter.

Ryan is a turncoat, free for all opportunist who doesn't give a damn about the United States, and, as is already evidenced, a pathological liar. A dangerous person on any account.

Enough of the victim complex. Get up and fight.

I'm not a friend of Israel by any measure but I'm proud to count many Jews amongst my friends.

There is one politician I don't like, who's Lieberman. But hey...

Maybe you should take your own advice. The plant Ryan was talking about closed before Obama took office. Also the auto companies have repaid most of their loans. Now how much has wall street and the banks repaid? Would Romney agree we should have let them fail?

Obama has kept 37% of his promises. And if it wasn't for the party of no he would have kept even more.

That's one guy. Why are you repeating the MSM talking points? Why are you trying to assign blame to a whole group of people based on one idiot? Not to mention that idiot was refuted by the people you're trying smear.
