So you were one of a small minority, so why should a democracy do what a small minority wanted?

Funny how this ""court" has done nothing about all the warlords in Africa, or dictators around the world, or the leaders in Islamic countries that treat women as 3rd class citizens.... or even the dictator of North Korea, who let between 900,000 to 2 million people starve...... no, they are left alone, but they go after a democratic countries leader!

Thats argument for arguments sake -ffair enough though , but not to excuse a war criminal . Morals takes the lot - took the lot - will have them all in the end .
Even if conscience alone brings the fracturing - no crime goes unpunished . Even Hitler went to rot - on the drive to extinguish abominations

So you defend war criminals who illegally attacked two sovereign nations, based on falsified evidence, by suggesting that those criticizing should be looking at the worse nations and their actions?

Let me ask you how you managed to weave your brain through that remarkable maze of illogical nonsense.

Why did we go to war with Iraq and Afghanistan?

I seem to remember that both Bush and Blair were screaming about all those poor people in those countries suffering under a dictator. Notice how they completely ignored North Korea, Iran, Zimbabwe, Syria, Egypt, Libya... in fact, WE WERE DOING DEALS WITH THEM!

The idea that Bush or Blair acted for any moral reason in Afghanistan or Iraq makes me sick to my stomach. It's not only insulting that any sane person would think that, it's disgusting!

How can anyone defend Bush or Blair for their reasons for going to war when they were also arming so many dictators around the world and making a lot of money doing it!?

People who swallow that kind of crap from their so-called "leaders" deserve to live in a country like North Korea, you'd probably be more suited to a life of 24 hour propaganda, you seem to have easily swallowed the the enormous steaming pile of crap spewed by our governments for the last ten years.

So it seems that propaganda and brainwashing worked

In the 2004 U.S. Presidential election, there were officially 62,040,610 votes for George W. Bush.

Morning everybody, thats been a good sleep

Blair safe from arrest

So Discovery (SA Medical Insurance company) got the security to prevent any person getting close enough to his body to perform a citizen's arrest. Nobel Peace Prize (before the peace prize became a "Good Luck Barry" Stamp) Laureate Desmond Tutu withdrew from the conference in protest to sharing the stage with Tony Tickles.

It is an unjustified witch hunt against two of the world's great leaders. If you support this tribunal or it's verdict you indeed are a supporter of terrorism and enabling terrorism. If any country is stupid enough to actually enforce this they will be turned into glass.

Unjustified? Witch hunt? Great Leaders? Turned into... GLASS????!Man - it seems you got so caught up in your own BS ... get of you high horse and here, have a raspberry:

Now, what would the USA do if that country sent a special forces team into the US to kill or capture Bush? Exactly. It would be the biggest deal ever made over anything in international politics. But of course the US can do it to whomever they see fit. When someone else does the same thing, it is terrorism. When the USA does it is for the good of mankind. This country's government fools make me so sick sometimes. Most of the time actually.

Oh well, so they can't go to that country in the future. Would they have gone there anyway?

Seems a little crazy to me for a person to go to a country where many hate him.

See what Assange is doing in London... That is exactly what Bush and Blair should be doing in their respected countries instead of running around like national heroes.

Arrest warrant sought for Tony Blair

www.timeslive.co.za

"We filed a complaint with the SA Police Service yesterday and a 'crimes against the state' docket was opened," Muhammed Vawda, secretary of Spoc, said today.
...
Blair and former US president George W Bush were found guilty in absentia of crimes against humanity by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal in November last year.
...

Vawda said South Africa was legally bound to the requirements of international law, as it fell under the United Nations jurisdiction, and therefore was compelled to co-operate.

Interesting...look at the name of the spokesman. Does he ever believe in holding fellow muslims accountable for their crimes against humanity? Let's see here, the 17 muslims beheaded for dancing, the crucifixions of Copts in Egypt, the Syrans tossing each other off roofs....the list goes on and on and on and on......

Let's see if the guy is willing to hold fellow muslims accountable.

Sharia courts. They issued Fatwas.

Does anyone in the western world even know what Sharia law is all about?

I find this so ironic... that a man who literally started a genocide along with Bush in Iraq hasn't been sought after via a red notice from INTERPOL.

Meanwhile a man who published the biggest government database leak ever and exposed lies and corruption.... was issued a red notice for being "wanted for questioning about the use of a broken condom".

Messed up world.

malaysia - now there is a country with a solid stand on human rights..... and god knows africa is squeaky clean.

No one is going to arrest either of them - so all they managed to do is stir up a pot full of hatefull people and waste a bunch of time instead of pursuing attainable goals in there own regions. Which is a tiny bit hypocritical to say the very least.

I would like to see anyone held accountable but thats not the world we live in and certainly if we start lynching leaders its going to get really petty real fast.

I would love to see something come of this, but the odds are long.
Blair and Bush are untouchable. Daddy Bush was the head of the CIA and knows where all the bodies are buried and if Blair goes down, he's gonna take Bush with him. I would bet Bush Sr knows enough to make one hell of a mess if it were to come down to it.

That's exactly why nothing will come of this and if it looks like either of these men will be incarcerated, i'm betting that they would probably die of a heart attack, suicide or some other fatality! Anything to protect the higher ups and their agenda at least until their agenda is in end game mode! Which might very well be starting after this years presidential election!
