I can't challenge your belief system which governs your emotions as you own them.

It's interesting to note that during Ann Romney's address at the RNC yesterday, she said that Mitt Romney, funny how she refers to her husband as Mitt Romney, will bring "Heaven on Earth" to during his presidency!

How very Mormon.

CREEPY! to say the least.

To bad he has no concept of that that means "Heaven on Earth." The economic aspect of it is socialism based on the teachings of Salomon's Temple. A system were the central bank and all raw material productions are held in common by the people. What he practices is a Babylonian economic system of a few haves supported by the rest being the have nots. Keeping the have nots powerless and fighting over trickle down scraps were a thousand or more are fighting over the chance to shine one of few's pairs of shoes for a scrap of bread.

You do realize there's been a butt load of Mormons that have held public office and had the deserved trust of the public, right?

Site examples of such individuals, and those who claimed to have trusted them?

I'm from Detroit btw and am quite familure with the history of Mitt's father, daddy Mormon, who sent in the Michigan National Guard declaring marshal law on poor black folks as Governor. Black folk who were sick and tired of being constantly harassed by the white police force in having to stay within the "red lines." Don't know what red lines are? Please look it up?

Would he had done the same if it was a white Mormon uprising lets say over palimpsests being arrested?
Probably not...

So no one can be trusted in public office you are saying as one has to be a politician to hold public office in the first place.

Point well received.

"Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men."- John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton in a letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton in 1887

Harry Reid (D) is a Mormon and a public official who's trusting constituents have elected and reelected him to subsequently higher and higher positions for well over 40 years.

Arizona Congressman Mo Udall (D) was a Mormon who served the public from 1961 to 1991.

Paula Hawkins (R) was Mormon and a Florida Senator from 1981 to 1987.

They all had not only the trust of the public, but of their peers by consistently serving in leadership roles on various committees.

More?

I can also, if requested, give many examples of Mormons who were trusted enough by White House administrations to be recruited and appointed to cabinet offices, ambassadorships and senior administration offices.

Mormon casino backers keep him in office.

btw if I become a Mormon can I gamble. Can I even drink Coca Cola?

Brigham Young sent Mormons to Arizona in the mid-to-late 19th century. They founded Mesa, Snowflake, Heber, Safford and other towns. They also settled in the Phoenix Valley (or “Valley of the Sun”), Tempe, Prescott, and other areas. The Mormons settled what became northern Arizona and northern New Mexico, but these areas were located in a part of the former New Mexico Territory.

Mormons trust Mormons

Paula Hawkins (R) was Mormon and a Florida Senator from 1981 to 1987.

championing stay-at-home mothers.

In other words women should stay home barefoot and pregnant subservient to their husbands as the Mormons encourage within their teachings. Of course as a wealthy Mormon wife she could be one of the few to go on and do something more substantial with her life.

Many will join few will enjoy life.

That is many will enter few will win.

Mormons are quite deceptive to the public on what is expected of their rank and file Mormons.

Yep, rich Mormons can do whatever they wish. I agree.

They are very politically active and are known to both major parties as great campaign and soft money contributors. They "pay to play" so your statement there means nothing to me.

Do you know this guy was sent packing> en.wikipedia.org...

On top of that the whole bunch in general Mormons as a rule remind me of store mannequins. They creep me out as much as clowns do.

In a department store in Salt Lake maybe they have a 9th floor.

Sorry, I just believe they are untrustworthy people who are just all out for themselves and their charities and good works are simply PR.
