That whole sand bagging thing has be baffled likewise! Problem/solution elevating the use of military for everyday use.

The moguard link says May 9, no year given...was it this year? The copyright on the bottom of the page says 2011....
so, I'm confused how this applies at all. Yes, last spring (wasn't it? Or was it this year?) we had terrible floods. This summer it is dry as a bone.

Whether you follow Alex Jones or not the link concerning NATO excises are accurate they did happen, as far as why maybe the military contractors needed some sun. I personally don't believe everything he says. Here is a Fox link concerning the spraying www.foxnews.com...

The way I see it, Obama has been so destructive to this nation that now, even Mother Nature feels like she has finally met her match.
She is so concerend about the future of this country that she decided to attend the Republican convention to show her support for Romney.
Heck, she even brought her son Isaac.
