Dissapearing and Appearing Objects ~~ !!!! Is it possible ~?!?!?!

Thought I would discuss something really odd ~~!!!

Lately I been having the most oddest items appear in front of me. I am pretty sure some of you heard of the DOP phenomenon ~~???

If not I will explain it in a simple term:

Typically, DOP involves an object that the person had just been using or that they invariably keep in one particular place. When they go to use the object, it is gone. The person looks high and low for the object, often getting others involved in the search, but it cannot be found. A short time later, or perhaps the next day, the person is surprised to find the object returned to the spot where it is always kept or in some other obvious place where the search should have found it.

Well mine is a bit more opposite instead of loosing objects, I am finding objects so I guess there should be a AOP phenomenon and these odd occurrences are poking my mind with the curiosity stick

Before you call me loopy please hear me out

2 Weeks Ago ~!!

I was sitting at my desk and saw something strange it resembled a needle which was sticking out of a box of tissues. However, it was not a regular sewing needle once I took it out the back end part of it was golden and it had a slit on the back. Unlike normal sewing needles this one had 2 holes and a slit on the end.This was one of the most oddest sewing needles I saw it mostly reminded me of a arrow, after asking my mother if she had any needles like this her reply was a confused no. No one in my family ever had this sort of needle or seen 1 like this. I swear like saying I have tiny elves living in my house or something but..... I know how crazy this sounds so I shook it off. It went missing 3 days later off my table and I am still thinking it is just a coincidence.

1 Week Ago ~~ !!

I went outside to get the mail and I heard a rolling sound ignored it completely. Anyway my mother was outside too and she said "Honey is this yours ?". She handed to me a bright blue marble with some gold stripes I said "no" and I am still getting poked with the curiosity stick as to what is going on. Insane I know
However, the previous episode with the needle is becoming quiet interesting now and what shocked me the most is yet to come. After being given the marble by my mother I went out to the road and there were no kids the street was completely deserted. Again the Appearing Object Phenomenon strikes again so I am starting to think something is going on

Today ~~!!

If you think the 2 above ones were odd you are about I tell you that this just got a whole lot more odder. Today I spent the day in my room writing up documents etc. After a hard long day I decided to watch a movie to relax from a stressful file filling day. As soon as I turned on the movie I shifted my right hand off my mouse and onto something odd. After lifting my palm I saw a watch it looks new 1 tiny scratch on it, yet !!! it is not my watch and I do not know who it belongs to. The only person that was in my room today was my brother and he was in here for no more then 1 minute. However, he did not have a watch on him to place it here. Again I might be going loopy but.... regarding the 2 other AOP's taking place I am not too surprised

After a conducting quiet a questioning of all family members turns out the watched belonged to my brother and he lost it 2 days ago. Yet.. it appeared in front of me and it is seriously starting to bug me as to this odd phenomenon.

What do you think is happening guys and gals ~~!?!?!

Are we talking ghosts, spirits, aliens or any other odd phenomenons.

If you have similar stories please share and do give knowledge if you figured out why this is occurring.

Being pagan, my wife always attributed this to a puck.

This does happen to me with relative frequency. When it has happened to me it has almost always involved shiny, visibly appealing objects. Once I was using a lighter in the car, put in the glove compartment when finished with it, an hour later it was gone. Tore the car apart looking for it, found nothing, bought a new lighter, one week later the missing lighter was sitting in the middle of the driver's side seat when I went to leave for work.

Rings, nice pens, collectible coins, have all gone missing only to re-appear. Has always been a mystery.

Your situation is different though, maybe your house is the white hole of this phenomenon. Find any unexplainable socks?

The odd sewing needle isn't odd, I've seen and used them. The two holes are for two different sizes of thread. The open end is for "ripping" stitches.

Yes, I'm very specific about where things "go". Everything, every rubberband, tack, or even specific type of spice or sauce has its' own place. Things disappear and aren't there where they "belong" when I search for them. I can search 3, 4, 5 and even 6 times. Not there! Get hubby to come look and boom, it's right where it was supposed to be!

As a child, Mom would ask me to go get item X from the specific shelf, "right in front". I could look a half dozen times and it wouldn't be there. Then she'd come show me it was right there exactly where I had just looked!

I figured it's like a visual UN-hallucination sort of, a perception problem, an observation problem. All the exercises in the world won't make it go away. So, just smile at yourself and accept it as the mind being restless and playing little games with your attention.

Now, as for your appearing out of nowhere objects, the mail man or lady could have opened the car door and the marble dropped out of their car. The sewing needle could have been left and misplaced by a visitor OR it could have been a factory defect (kleenex factory worker dropped it by accident into the batch).

That is the problem I always pay attention to details I am that sort of guy. When I go to a movie or a shop I pay attention to everything and everyone. Paranoid I know

But.... the thing is this is quiet odd and I do not have an explanation for it which is why I am questioning it so strongly.

The experience you have with your mother goes the same way with my younger brother.

I am the 1 in the family that knows where things are and even at times when I never seen where the object is. For example my mum is looking for object X and she asks me if I seen it I give a strong no. However, at times I just say look on the X location and she finds it in that location.

I must say, I am skeptical about supernatural explanations for one's own items disappearing and reappearing with this phenomenon, human nature being what it is. But, the appearance of objects that clearly don't belong to the finder or anyone else in the household is intriguing.

Sadly my brother blamed me for stealing it even though I didn't know what his watch even looked like or the fact that he lost it

Mental flaw is most likely the cause.
Your brother probably left the watch and doesn't remember.
Or your mother put it there thinking it was yours and also doesn't remember.
As for the needle, perhaps it came of a machine at the tissue factory and was boxed in with them like a spider in a Cadbury egg.

No, most likely you're losing it.

This happens all the time in my house.

We are still missing some items after over a year.

We have even bought a replacement item and as soon as the replacement arrives in the mail and has been used the original will turn up out of the blue.

There are even pieces of silverware missing, they get used and they get put in the sink or dishwasher.
Dishes aren't left about in this house, they are taken care of.
Even if it were possible for them to fall under the couch the old couch was recently replaced and in the process torn up to be thrown away.
Nothing missing turned up in, or under it.

I bet I know a guy who could make these ~~!!!!! ~~ !?!?!?! disappear from all of your threads...

I believe it's possible in some reality, just not very likely in this one at the level your speaking of. There are quantum particles that appear to wink in and out of existence, so yes, it could happen.

How curious....I really enjoyed reading your story, it reminded me of years ago when I used to smoke, I was in my bedroom and took a cigarette out of the box but couldn't find a lighter, the cig stayed in my hand while I was moving some things around in my room, only after a few minutes I saw smoke and looked down to my hand and my cigarette was lit....it totally freaked me out as there was no lighter or matches in the room, after this happened I searched the room again looking for a lighter just in case I had lit it while being busy but I never found one, and to this day don't know how the cigarette got lit.
If I were you I would start writing all the weird stuff down so you can keep track of what is going on....

Hey, so it did belong to your brother but still, mysterious how it appeared there. If you read Tom Montalk's site, you might get a clue to how people are set up for stress, because negatives tend to attempt to take our frequency down, to access us, but also to feed off the upsets. ie. if you grew up in a family where your father had fit kidniptchins like mine and yelled Who Ate It? Over and over again. He was not physically abusive, but emotionally and tempter tantrums all the time. He was high strung. Anyway, that kind of set ups, is sort of the way it happens. Computers needing reformatting over and over, there are many things that can go wrong, its the old Murphy saying.

Constantly have things disappear and after searching thoroughly and even the whole family at times, there it is, right in plain site where you have searched over and over.

Just the other day an odd thing happened. First, I have this little blender unit that is better than any I've tried other than our old vitamix, and it died. I really grinds up, hard things fast. It has a blender part, with a less than good blade, and then another blade attachment you put on indiividual cups to make individual raw food drinks, and then you can turn it upside down and put a lid on where the blade was. I really like it and that little blade is the most powerful.

Well, it went missing. And finally talking to my son, he said for a couple months. Yet he said he had used the other blade, and he was mainly using it for the past couple months, not me.

So I asked everyone. Well Lo and Behold, after searching everywhere, just the other day, it was right out our steps, in the gravel, beside the grass, sitting there. I was shocked. We have it again.

So down the list of probabilities and possibilities I go. But if a kid took it, like one of their friends (and I can't remember if one of their friends was even over at the time when I brought it up), WHY? It only works if its attached to the blender. Its also sharp and not a toy. Other than that, what the heck?

glad to see this thread. I have one that I was not ever able to explain, also.

I moved into a home that had enclosed the outter patio area and made it into a room. It's about 15X15. In one corner I placed a large corner computer desk and I still have it now. It's large and hard to move so I don't move it. The floor which was the outdoor concrete patio pad was covered with brown indoor/outdoor carpet.

I bought a 3 pack of flash drives years ago and it was the kind that had 3 different colored tops for the ends so if you pulled it off and moved it to the other end (like a marker) and placed in your usb port, the end would be light up with that color - blue, green, yellow.

Okay, so I take one out and am using it for a while and one day I was gonna use it and pulled the yellow top off and fumbled it and dropped it. I hit the top of the desktop computer (in the floor) and bounced behind it. I heard it hit the side of my big corner desk and then hit the wall behind it. I had the lights off except for my computer screen and I was ready for bed so I just got up and went to bed.

The next day, I glanced behind to where it would have landed and saw nothing. I looked a little harder. Nothing. I then got on my hands and knees and looked all around. I still saw nothing but assumed it was right there somehow under all the cables (computer, printer, etc.) I looked hard and never found it. A few days later I was irritated that I didn't find it and set out to find it again. I moved cords around and looked everywhere. It was just not there. I did this from time to time and never found it.

Fast forward to 2 years later. I decided to do a remodel of my enclosed room into a better office. I bought a floating hardwood floor system because of the concrete patio pad underneath. As I was getting prepped for the installation, I laughed and smiled to myself thinking I'm gonna find where that little bitchcap was hiding. I tore the big corner desk apart and took it out. I removed all cables and cleaned them from dust and moved them to another room. The corner was now empty and no cap. I then figured somehow it got underneath the carpet and I was taking it up anyway. I pulled up the indoor/outdoor carpet and threw it away. The room was now a bare ass room with only concrete. The dang little cap NEVER showed up which bothered me all the time.

Fast forward 1 year later. I walked into my bedroom and the little cap was sitting on my dresser! @.@

I never was able to explain it. I live alone, no pets and I've I had not had anyone over for years. It was just unexplainable.

2nd instance was this week.

I'm chalking this one up to just being one of those things that is there that you can't see for whatever reason.
I baked a cake for a work function and bought an extra mix in case I screwed it up. Intuition was right, I screwed up the first, lol. I kept it and ate it myself The next day I decided to make the other a different way. I had washed the mixer blades and laid them on a towel to dry with a few other utensils and I left the hand mixer out because I was gonna make the 2nd cake. I picked up the mixer and plugged it in and looked for the 2 blades but I didn't see them.

I opened the drawer I keep them in knowing they were not there because I never put them away. They were not there, of course. I looked at the few utensils again and didn't see them although I knew for a fact they were right in front of me but I just couldn't see them. I then opened another drawer that I never put them in and the whole time I'm thinking they are not there because I never put them away. They were not there. I was so infuriated and looked once more on my towel with the utensils and still didn't see them so I put my hand on the forks, spoons,etc. and slowly ran my hand over the few items and as I did I saw one of the beater blades and was dumbfounded. I picked it up and put it in the hand mixer. I looked down and the other is just laying there in plain sight. I just can't explain it because it was like I could see them in my mind but they were not there and then they were.

Bingo, its answered, darn things go to another channel/realm for a while and maybe something places them back eventually so the realms stay separated, so is being good. OR, a mischievous entity takes it and then returns it to really drive us up the wall. Murphy is not our friend. And needs to be evicted.
