I keep telling people its Perestroika and its real, but no one even wants to do a search to find out what the word even means.

history has shown that the revolutions of the past, although sparked by provocateurs with ill intent--ALMOST always begin with Student uprising. Alot of this true history has been erased and we are just told it was the "population" that revolted, but no. Its young people that see no future on the horizon.

So, when that college bubble bursts--you will know its on.

Everything is in place in the original Constitution to provide a peaceful transition back to the original intent of that same Constitution. There is no power capable of stopping a super-majority existing in 2/3rds of the states from calling for a constitutional convention. A super majority of people cannot be stopped.

The thing I don't understand about all the government bashing. is, what seems to be, a lack of understanding on the necessity of government. Even more than necessity. It's a basic component of the human psychological makeup. Governments are not bad. They represent our collective will and in the ideals of "The Founding Fathers" (I'm not big with this phrase but there it is.), the collective will of the majority as determined by a democratic process of elections, you know one man one vote thing. The problem arises when money, power, and influence, brings government to represent the collective will of a small minority. That's the problem with our government. How we remedy this? Well everybody has an idea. I think the first step in any successful effort must start with the realization: It is not government that is the problem. We must realize that we need government. Government is the only option with enough power to oppose those who have usurped our government. And I think one word goes a long way to identify who "those" are. Corporations. Yes the single minded, soulless organizations, with one amoral motivation. Profit. Corporations are not people, contrary to Governor Rommey's assertion. They are run by people for sure, and unfortunately tend to infect these people with this same motivation. Their greatest success comes in getting you to believe, that the problem is government, so that we are always addressing the wrong enemy.

I firmly believe in the power of the people. Once we clearly understand where the real difficulty lies, solutions will not be far behind.

Don't get me wrong I love big business. It has provided wondrous advantages and comfort. But we can't let it control our government.

Another poster on this thread, put it to you real clear. Get to know the one you are voting for. Get to know them real well. Start local, because these are ones you can give the most scrutiny. Participation and observation are key words. Become an informed majority that understands the importance and sanctity of government, and this world will change.

Ya know I think a person would have to lead a pretty boring life if one didn't find his or her name on some list somewhere.

But to sit here and think that everyone in the "civilized" world has a folder or file on them somewhere is a sobering thought.

Those who are aware of Machiavellian (play both sides, be the cause and effect) pincers manipulations can see that the MANY socialists and communists that have invaded this country and dominate world politics/money create the problem and then (incognito) present the "solution"

This is the way they have converted China, Russia, Cuba and other countries to their socialist/communist republics.

1. "They" increase the corruption of the system to the point of agitating the public.

2. The public wants to revolt and overthrow the government.

3. "They" thru their agents (who they public is unaware of ) offer support for a revolution.
OWS, Ford foundation, Rockefeller foundation, other trust funds, non profit orgs, secret societies, politicians supporting an overhaul etc.

4. after the revolution an interim government is set up which is always ousted by their "new" system which is basically the former system only worse.

I agree, the system needs an enema. but recognize the culprits NOT the culprits "they" are presenting to you:
the true devils are: international banking and its owners and leadership.
international corporations and their owners and leadership.
organized religion.
secret societies with members in politics, corporate leadership, religious leadership, financial leadership.

These devils when they are not counting their money have the rest of the day to invent ways to kkkontrol the way you think and feel, they manipulate you in ways you do not even realize, if you know what they were doing to you such a violent revolution would occur it would be unthinkable.

We The People can have Peace, Prosperity and a Better Future just be careful who your master is?

I cant really agree with this, if the bad apples are the corps and not the government, then why isnt the government doing anything about them ?

And since they are NOT doing anything about the problem, then they must be part of it.

Star! I agree the TV is a powerful tool for sedating, diverting, and inciting the masses. But I love watching the old shows like The Rifleman, Bonanza, Big Valley, Rockford Files, etc. And I always watch Fox news just for the entertainment value alone.

Star! Yes we need citizen involvement. We need to get away from the tv and the computer and the xbox and get out and face the beast in person with a solid agenda and talking points. Occupy was simply mischievous children throwing a tantrum. Nothing was accomplished.

Provisional star! I am not saying that we do not need government. I am saying that the seats in our government are occupied by liars and thieves. We simply need to roust DEMOCRATS and REPUBLICAN from every elected office in the land. Then we need to replace them with citizen statesmen who love American more than they love power and money. It would further help if all campaign donations were anonymous and put in one pool and then doled out equally to all candidates running for office. And lobbying needs to be made a capitol crime as well as an elected official accepting cash or gifts needs to me mad a capitol crime. We need to take steps to make sure that our government is never bought out from under us again.

This can not be more true. So many of these people may have went in with decent intentions but become jaded or just greedy over time. The best thing we could do it to get them out and replaced. The idea that we allow these people to make a career out of what should really be no more than a temp job is simply insane.

I don't think I'm on a list and I'm certainly not boring. I'm a peaceful citizen and I don't fear my government. I don't "fear" easily, and the few times that I've felt afraid were due to personal safety and not my liberties... I consider myself a fairly liberal person as well. I don't mind anyone owning guns and I think personal responsibility is important. You make a choice, you accept those consequences.

The government is not out to get YOU personally.

What about the good politicians? I know of quite a few that are both on the Republican AND Democrat side. Or do we just throw the baby out with the bath water?
