Your entire post is a insane rant of generalizations. I started going point by point, but decided..well, whats the point. Your just a parrot off the most fringe right wing nutjob mindsets anyhow.

Evil indeed.

So, whats your thoughts on medicare and social security?
Against it?
Oh...right...ya..because only evil people want to make sure grandpa isn't begging for food on a streetcorner.

Hard topic... At one side, that is a kind of murder... At the other side, sometimes families have too many children, and can not feed new mouth(s)... Sometimes, it is the non-wanted pregnancy... Sometimes, that was rape...
Some countries, their governments, are doing that by force...
Nazis wanted to abolish pregnancy of other races, to destroy peoples and targeted groups...
I am not non-human, but I will never take care of any child which is not biologicaly mine...

You're right, we should let people beat their children and pets and not interfere, it's not our place to decide how they live their lives.
You aren't killing weeds in the yard, this is human life we're talking about. It should not be as easy as getting weed killer at the garden center. Even criminals get a trial with a judge and jury before being put to death and you want to make sure people don't even have to see these humans before they are killed.

I repeat: My personal body is my business. I want it to stay that way. The human race will survive. I in fact don't agree with abortion for most, but that doesn't mean I want the govt mandating my personal freedom of my body. Yes, my body. The fetus is part of my body, and not viable without me. What do you want to do, tie women up that don't want to carry a child? Force them against their will? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know what's coming....don't have sex, don't do this, don't do that. Oh the oh so moral......Maybe if the right wing wins they could teach the nation about right and wrong first and then there would be no need for abortions. Address the cause first, if it's so dang important to you. (I don't see the right doing this, mind you, that would be too much trouble).

I disagree with it, probably for reasons different from yours, but I don't support the law he passed.

Apology accepted. Holding grudges is for wieners.

Hmm, i believe i just read a story where a man strangled his pregnant girlfriend, and in turn, of course, killing the unborn child.

He is being charged with two murders. The one of his girlfriend and the one of his unborn child.

Double standards make complete sense.

---

If you have ever gotten an abortion because you dropped your pants one to many times, you are a murderer and deserve life in prison or the death penalty. I would say that to your face if you stomp around saying you got an abortion and it's your right to kill children. Screw condoms and birth control right? Just kill em.

How sure are you of your parentage? Ever dropped trou and had no idea you fathered a child because you never saw the girl again? Well you'll never know actually will you. Ok, lets' say you are perfect in this area. You've only slept with one girl and she is your wife, how about every other person you know, friends, family etc. Has everyone been as perfect? You gonna hate everyone to their face that ever screwed up? What if they got lucky, had unprotected sex and didn't get the girl pregnant? Are they ok in your book then?

What you don't know is a lot..

Ah! I love a good illustrative post!
This is the position of many on the far right. NOT just Paul Ryan and Todd Akin.

RAPE is RAPE. There's no such thing as "legitimate rape" versus "illegitimate rape". These two want to relabel rape as forcible rape. ALL rape is forcible rape. The term "rape" itself is connotative as a forcible, violent act, carried out against the wishes of the rape victim.

I don't condone a lot of what the GOP stands for, but I do at least understand what they're saying by saying there's a difference between forcible and not. There are a lot of "rapes" that happen in the US, where the woman get's drunk and regrets what she did the night before, and cries rape. There are also a lot of instances where (for example) a 16 yr old and a 19 yr old consensually have sex, (yes, legally it's not technically consent) and the parents have the 19 yr old put in jail for statutory rape.

While I don't think that that distinction should play a role in whether someone should have an abortion or not, I do see the difference.

Then, that's not rape, is it?
It's a CHARGE of rape. If she is of age and consents, it ain't rape.

And these rights belong to whom?

When do Constitutional Rights Begin?

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States...

In its ruling the Supreme Court majority determined that Constitutional Rights did not extend to the unborn. The Supreme Court did not determine whether or not an unborn child is a person nor settle the issue of when life begins. In its ruling the Supreme Court determined that a mother's Right to privacy superseded the Right to life of the unborn.

BH, if the law ever changes, will you support the ruling that would give rights to unborn children?

If the guy is arrested and does time for it, it is rape, and not forcible rape. I don't think that person shouldn't be allowed to get an abortion because of it though.

No. I would disagree with it, just as you disagree with the current law. What's the point?

I don't expect you to love the law.

Thank you.

The reason why I asked, was that just because the law states something does not mandate that people have to like it, accept it. People will attempt to change the law. Their interpretations should be JUST as valid as yours or anyone elses.

It's this kind of thinking that will keep the GOP, conservatism and Tea Party out of mainstream politics. There will be a political price to pay for extreme right wing dogma and the Libertarians will eventually take over the American political scene. Most Americans are essentially moderate and certainly don't want Right Wing, fundamentalist, fascist, dictatorial, government in any form. Left or Right.

If and when Roe vs Wade is ever overturned; that will be the signal for me to sell out and become an expat, settle down on some nice beach front, and enjoy a lifestyle that I've always longed for without all the hateful "people like you" comments.

I LOVE the entrepreneurial spirit in America, but in my estimation it's the Right Wing that wants to stamp out creativity and innovation and go back to a Rush Limbaugh, 50s TV fantasy that never existed. That's just "God like corporate" crazy thinking

And if the law were addressing a man's ability to get Viagra, his access to vasectomies, prostate issues or testicular cancer, I would say it's not my business. But the real difference between you and me, Beez? I would be on the side of each INDIVIDUAL'S right to address his own body and his own healthcare as HE sees fit, not as a group of power-hungry bitches see fit.

See the difference?
You say you are for freedom, but I have come to know by your posts, that you are only for the freedom for SOME. The ones you agree with. Read my new signature line. I thought of you when I posted it.

I don't hate you or think you're an idiot. I just disagree with your positions and I think you're missing some basic information on what real freedom is.
