Australia's welfare "credit card"

They have been doing this in california for some time now. They found a lot of people were blowing it at the Indian casinos and strip clubs. The problem is and always has been sorting out those who need it from those that scam the system.
Not everyone is scamming the system but the news will not really report about people buying food with food stamps so what are you left thinking? But they are putting changes in the system, now i believe if you have a kid while you are on welfare you are screwed and they are not going to pay people more just because they choose to have more kids than they can afford.

Michigan has it and they finally made it so they cant use ATMs in casinos or strip clubs but all they have to do is cross the state line and it's like a regular ATM card. Get all the money and be broke next week
