Paul describes in Philippians 3 his Jewish bona fide's and says he counts them all as lost, exchanging that for being a follower of Christ.

All are lost without Christ. Those who try to be saved by the OT law, are not the true Israel of God. Those who have salvation thru Christ are the true Israel of God. They are true Jews. Paul's words in Romans 2 are still for today.

Judaism is a religion, where a practitioner of that religion could be called a Jew. I was Just watching a movie today called "Everything Is Illuminated" where Elijah Wood plays a character who goes to Ukraine to see where his grandparents came from. At one point in the movie he says "Sammy Davis Jr is America's most famous black Jew. He converted."
Israel as a term identified those who came up from Egypt with Moses, which included Hebrews and others.
The new exodus has Jesus leading including Jews and others, creating metaphorically speaking, a New Israel.

Judaism is also a race. There are atheists who still claim to be Jewish because of their birth, not their religion.

However, the only true Judaism is Christianity. All others are cut off from the olive tree.

There isn't a "Jewish race" and that sounds more like Nazi propaganda from the 30's to me.
Hypothetically there are people who are descended from the tribe of Judah but that was already being disputed from the the time of Nehemiah.
The core genetic group which the Hebrews were of were the Amorites who spread themselves across Mesopotamia and Syria two thousand years before Christ. One branch went into Palestine and is what we think of as the Hebrews and they are probably today mostly Muslim.
The dominant group calling themselves Jews today are likely from converts starting in the Persian Empire times and into the Medieval central Asia and into the Caucasus region. They migrated into Russia and Germany and then into Palestine though they are not actually are related to the original people we think of as the Jews of the Bible.
That is not to say that there are no "real" Jews in Palestine today, but most are probably Palestinians.
The New Testament does not support the idea that Christians are Jews. We are Gods Chosen People and share conceptual similarities to Israel. We are part of the widening out of the blessings promised to Abraham that is worldwide and will eventually be a better inheritance, meaning not just our descendants will inhabit the land but us individually will live on the earth forever.

The olive tree isn't the only tree in the garden. Plenty of nut trees produce oil. Jesus had a taste for figs. Peach trees are nice. I love mangoes too!
